I had a return pickup of my order from myntra two days ago. I received a confirmation message from EKARTL regarding the pickup but the order is not yet received in myntra and hence my refund is not processed.
I am attaching the confirmation message from EKARTL with the details

        I have ordered a product from flipkart but somehow I received very different product (used and local brand without any tags) i have complained about the same and flipkart also accepted my return request but ekart delivery executive is not picking up my product and cancelling it from his end continuously asking me to tell flipkart to mail ekart for picking up wrong product. From last 20 days i m facing the same issue.
        So I request you to kindly pick the product as i am waiting for my refund also.

                    I placed a return request on 6th of April'23, and since then none of your delivery agents have contacted me but the pick up is being rescheduled again and again. I tried calling your agent in the number provided but he's continuously disconnecting my call and is not answering. Is that how they are trained to behave?                                     I had ordered a monitor from Flipkart and the due delivery date was 4th April. and on 4th of April, it was showing out for delivery and it's been showing out for delivery since then.
