On 13th April, 2023, I got a parcel that I did not order. I also paid for it Rs.734.00/ .it was a scam. I want my money back.

    Good morning Team Flipkart/Ekart.

    I returned one of my parcels to Flipkart which was approved after analysis by Flipkart team but the delivery boy of Ekart team call me and I am told me that I am out of station this time, And he asked will you give the parcel, I said I will return the parcel to you tomorrow, he disconnected the phone. And canceled my return by giving a fake reason. Ekart team delevery boy behaiviour very shamfull, Totly fake work for coustumer,
    I hope EKART team strictly punished and take action against this Return parcel collect boy,

      Otp not received bc of wrong number

      I had a return pickup of my order from myntra two days ago. I received a confirmation message from EKARTL regarding the pickup but the order is not yet received in myntra and hence my refund is not processed.
      I am attaching the confirmation message from EKARTL with the details

      May I know why I didn't I receive a confirmation of return pickup from myntra even after 2 days

            I have ordered a product from flipkart but somehow I received very different product (used and local brand without any tags) i have complained about the same and flipkart also accepted my return request but ekart delivery executive is not picking up my product and cancelling it from his end continuously asking me to tell flipkart to mail ekart for picking up wrong product. From last 20 days i m facing the same issue.
            So I request you to kindly pick the product as i am waiting for my refund also.

              One product has been delivered to my house on 10/04/2023 as cash on delivery of Rs. 690 /- when I was not at home. My old mother did not understand anything but paid the amount. I have not ordered it. please take necessary steps to return it and refund my money.

                E cart delievery Agent not fulfill my delievery at my address. He use bad language and his behaviour is so bad. He spoil my day.
                I request him to delivered my order but he use bad language and do bad behave with me.

                        I placed a return request on 6th of April'23, and since then none of your delivery agents have contacted me but the pick up is being rescheduled again and again. I tried calling your agent in the number provided but he's continuously disconnecting my call and is not answering. Is that how they are trained to behave? I called him yesterday as well to which he said he will attempt the pick up in the evening, but no one came. This is highly disappointing and unprofessional. Please take the necessary action.
