Mujhe aaj ekart deleivry bouly se call aya ki apki order hai flipkart se .jiska amount 1004 tha.mera ek order tha 1004 ka.maine socha wahi hoga.miane parcel recieve kita upi transaction kiya but parcel ke ander product wrong tha.firr deeply check kiya to...usme na hi seller ka nam tha.nahi packaging flipkart se thi.matlb ye ek fraud tha.jbki myjhe call ekart se aya tha air delivery boy bhi unhi ka tha kyunki wo pehle ek bar bhi delivery de chuke hai.firr scam kise ho gya.

    My product delivery date is 2nd April with 1 day delivery. The tracking details showing the product is reached the hub at 1:42pm but still they have not attempted the delivery. And when I reached the hub requesting the product they denied to hand over my product.

      I ordered my mobile through flipkart Redmi note 11 pro+ 5G or delivered through your team 29 th on my place. When I checked my courier in front of your team Redmi note 11 pro. He update on flipkart app ( item was opened and verified at the time of delivery) .
      While he also took the photo of the courier product.
      Please check and help this matter

            Dear Sir,

            Hope you are doing well.

            I ordered a peach coloured dress at Myntra and I paid for it online.I was waiting for my order and two days back received a call from ekart delivery boy specifying my house name and I shared my OTP with him over the phone.But actually the product is not delivered yet, it's missing I am not able to contact the delivery boy.
            The ekart landline number is asking for my registered mobile number and a three digit number, but is not connecting.Please help me to get my product back.I am attaching the tracking places of my product along with this mail.Kindly do the needful.

              One of my order from Myntra with tracking ID MYNR[protected] which i placed for return got rejected due to the MRP label not present in the tag which it never was as i got the way as it is and then I contacted myntra about this and they resolved the issue as allowing me to return the product but the Ekart did not picked up my order saying missing content and telling me to contact myntra which I already did still they are not ready to pick up the parcel.

                        I've ordered a product in Amazon and I was supposed to recieve it by 28/03/2023 but I still haven't recieved my package and it is a prepaid order. When I tried to call customer care it is always busy.

                          My return order was canceled multiple times because of wrong image uploaded by seller on flipkart. And on 11th march, the last pickup was attempted. But at that time wishmaster took product from me in the morning and canceled the return at noon. My order is still missing and thats why I'm unable to get my refund.

                                I have been repeatedly getting messages regarding my product delivery and its causing a lot of nuisance. I have got nearly more than 40 messages in just 10 mins from 5 different numbers eg: VM-EKARTL, TX-, TM-, VX- and AX- EKARTL.
                                I would really appreciate if this can be resolved for future purposes too.

                                        Ekart never attempted any delivery and tracking shows unsuccessful delivery attempt. Not once, several times. They have both our contact numbers, just in case alternate number is required. But clearly this is ekart's unsuccessful and fraudulent status update. By these means the shipment will return to sender and they will charge return shipping from them.
