      Hi this is shweta from Gujarat, I ordered 2 wheeler cover from Flipkart. Yesterday my order delivered by your delivery boy, I gave him shipping OTP also, I was not there to recieve my parcel so I told him to give it to my neighbour. But my parcel is misplaced by your delivery boy. Kindly contact him and do the needful. Otherwise I will complain in consumer court

        Hi, this is Soumalyo Pal & my Ekart logistics tracking number is FKHC[protected]
        The order was estimated to deliver yesterday but today till now the order didn't delivered yet. It contains emergency medicines of my grandmother.
        If anything happens to the patient i will file a case against the company for delaying the delivery of emergency medicines.
        What kind of services they are providing in a metropolitan city like Kolkata, I don't know.
        Such a harrasment of customers.

            I received a different product from what i had ordered and when i'm trying to schedule a return, the delivery partner (ekart agent) is denying the pickup saying they will be charged by ekart if they bring wrong product. Return request is already approved by myntra since 7th feb 2023 and the only thing which is causing me trouble since past 4 days is its pickup which has to be done by ekart.
            I request a pickup to be scheduled asap so that i can return the product which i didn't even order in the first place and get my money back on time. Tracking id is MYNR[protected].
            I have ordered and returned products earlier but never faced this type of issue.

              I purchase realme 10 Pro+ 5G phone on filpkart On date : 12 jan2023
              After using that mobile i found some funtional or camera problems . Therefore, i applied for return.
              Flipkart has already approved my return proposal but no one has come yet, its been more than 2 weeks. Its really disappointed.

                      I have called to get update regarding my delayed order.
                      Firstly I have received a call from this [protected] no.
                      Then again I have called them back and the person who was on call use bad words and misbehaved with me very rudely.
                      This will not be acceptable for any of your customers
                      Firstly they have delayed my order. Secondly I was supposed to get a call to get delivered my order.
                      Then I called I get this response from your employees.
                      This is rubbish.
                      Please look into it.
                      Otherwise I will have to take deciplinary action against him.

                          Hi, I'm a regular customer of Flipkart which products deliver by ekart logistics. But nowadays, it becomes worst as hell.
                          Every time the order get reschedule or cancelled by ekart end due to constraints faced by them.
                          Even, there is no cancel option to avoid order delivery.

                            Parcel seems stuck/lost/stolen. Either make it out for delivery so that I can reject and cancel or cancel the order from your end.

                              Delivery delayed of an important order and it is showing unsuccessful delivery while in hub for 3 days and i have an important event going on and i haven't received my dresses what is this ekart, i thought you were the reliable but got know what actually happens behind, i want my order tomorrow at early morning, otherwise you will lost a customer and your hundreds of customers that rely on your honesty...

                                  I have ordered 5 kgs of Sawafi Dates from a vendor from Maharashtra, they choose the shiprocket for delivery of my order. Shiprocket given the parcel to Ekart for delivery. My order reached my location on 3rd Feb 2023 and delivery scheduled 4th Feb 2023. But I didn't receive my parcel till now I e., 10th February 2023.
                                  When I visited the Ekart office, the people who are working there are not aware of my parcel and not responding properly. They are so irresponsible and careless people.

                                    I ordered a product from some site called systumm clothing on 27 December, 2022 and they used ekart logistics as their means of distribution of the product.
                                    Its 9 feb, 2023 today and i still haven't recieved the product. When i try to track to the order on ekart logistics website is shows marked : RTO order reject and date shown is 5 feb 2023.
