Booked FMPP[protected] mattress for my back pain, it supposed to be delivered by 23 feb but from 21 feb no movement in product and customer care also sating that they dont have tracking information and will deliver on 23 but yet product is not our for delivery and there is no valid update yet.

I ordered a product on filpkart, and the promise delivery date is 17/02/2023 but the product is not delivered, and also can't check current status, this is prepaid order aslo, i am unable to refund my money

Tracking id of the parcel is WSPP[protected]. The parcel has not been delivered to the customer but has been marked as "Delivered". Need immediate assistance from Ekart Logistics on this issue. Have tried contacting them over toll free number and emails nothing is working.

Have been trying to connect with delivery guy but no keeps coming busy and there is no other way to connect to Ekart Tried connecting via flipkart but even my tracking id is FMPP[protected]
Thus Unable to resolve the issue in Delivery

Ekart delivery boy delivered fake parcel and took 1500 cash when I was not home.the parcel had my name address and phone number but I never ordered any product like this.no help from ekart.

PRODUCT NOT MATCH AS PER my ORDER

I ordered a jacket from Nykaa. I received a message from Ekart that my order is out for delivery. However, nobody called and the delivery was postponed to next day. I received the same message next day. The delivery boy came and i was not present at the time of delivery. Therefore, i asked him to handover the order to my mother. He said as per company policy, if he has to handover my order to somebody else other than the person himself, the otp is to be provided before delivery. He handed over the order to my mother and fled like there was no tomorrow mentioning that he is getting very late since he started a bit late that day. Upon inspection, she got to know that the package was already opened and the actual jacket ordered was taken out and somebody put his used, torn and dirty jacket inside the package. When i called the delivery boy to go and check the package with my mother. He refused very rudely and blocked my number at that very moment. Request you to please look into this and help me out by doing the needful.

The delivery boy came but he did not pick up my item and say me this is damage product but it is not single inch damage product and he run away without my consent...iam flipcart plus verify plus valuable CUSTOMER.. delivery boy is not good so please take strict action against him otherwise iam going consumer court and claim it in high level...so please as soon as possible take high action on ### delivery boy...

Hello I have initiated the return request for my myntra and Flipkart order. I submitted both the parcel to ecart agent keshod. For Flipkart order updated that pickup successfully. And for myntra order updated that pickup is not successful but the agent picked up both the parcel from me. Please do Acton to ecart keshod. Pincode 362220. And also agent not picked up my phone call after this. and now myntra said your pickup is unsuccessful so thay do not have any refund.
