Ekart is big fraud company they are encouraging their delivery boys to rob the items and mark as delivered they as know that but they don't take action my order not delivered but marked delivery by delivery boy he is an 420 how company will keep such ### for this kind of service check for my consignment no FMPC[protected] and also check ur call record what I talk with that 420 delivery boy and call me([protected]) if the company REALLY PROVIDe GOOD SERVICE

I was ordered a personal product to Flipkart my Tracking id is FMPP[protected]. Today Morning i was talked with delivery person to give the product to Guard. But he went to my home when i was unable and he was arguing to give that product to my female neighbour and he gave it to her and took otp from me. After realising I was calling to Delivery person for asking about my product, but he is not picking my phone. Because in order that product was very personal and i don't no how was that package packed transparent or non transparent. the number of the delivery person is [protected]

There is no invoice or seller details. Wrong size has been delivered and i want to get it replaced. Order Id on package is mentioned as [protected]GZU.

Delivery box no. FMPP[protected]

Delivery done on morning of 24 Feb 23 and the delivery person of ekart has lied to me and taken Rs. 2200/- extra amount and cheated me. He kept lying to me that it will come on invoice but now as I have been told by Flipkart customer executive that I have been cheated by eKart logistics delivery person. I want my Rs. 1000/- back or I will lodge a complaint on consumer court against ekart logistics.

I refund my shoes whose i purchase by Flipkart. No executive boy come to me and reject my refund by saying product damaged
And 2nd day the same cheating with me my refund was cancelled by saying product mis matched

My order haven't delivered...last date was 21 feb and now it's 25th Feb...and nobody came to deliver neither they contacted me...and everyday they are sending me this message...

Yesterday my order delivered by your delivery boy, I gave him shipping OTP also, I was not there to recieve my parcel so I told him to give it to my neighbour. Please don't consider amit kumar devghariya in that. Because he is really good person. I was so disturbed by ecom express delivery person so i mistakely gave negative feedback on him. I sorry for that

Fraud Transaction - Tracking ID SPYC[protected]
We have received the order today against this tracking ID SPYC[protected].
My wife taught that I ordered from flipkart and made payment also.
To our surprise, this order is from a unknown supplier and goods were in bad condition.

Please look in to this matter and help me to return this packet and get the amount back ASAP

I odered mobile with open box delivery on flipkart but delivery boy come and refuse to open box they ask otp before

This is the second time i have face the problem as i order shoes from retailer but it has been shipped through ekart logistics as my order also is prepaid orders from courier they haven't contact me nor messages me about the delivery date but they just make it as RTO when i came to know about that incident i went directly to shillong ekart logistic and asked directly about my parcel they say that my parcel us not there i tried to ask them why did you chage to RTO as you haven't contact me for out for delivery and they lied that they have call us but they just make up there words because when i ask for my parcel in courier they couldn't have found it u think they have the stolen my parcel and they send the different product to RTO please solve this issues this is the second time i have face with ekart other delivery courier i haven't face any issue everytime i order I always got the order but when it reached ekart they always did thispo
