I ordered tones of products from flipkart for my upcoming trip. I ordered it based on delivery date displayed while ordering, now most of my orders are delayed by Ekart and delivery date keeps getting pushed with no definite date for delivery. Terrible service from Ekart. I would refrain myself ordering from vendor that uses Ekart as their logistics partner.

When i ordered realme 9 se phone expected delivery on 27
But its k i can understand about shipping.
But in app showing out for delivery i called delivery boy but he can't take calls and afterward he blocked my number on the same day
In ekart logistics shipping options it shows it reached bijapur at 26 th day
But they give date to choose for delivery to me
But it was not showing anything/any notification

Flipkart is not helping.

I booked iPhone 13 on 18th October which was supposed to be delivered on 21st October, but that delivery date is getting delayed. My product has arrived on my nearest hub but I am not being informed about the nearest hub. Afternoon me delivery boy ko call kiya for time confirmation unhone bola evening 6 ko ayenge but 7 tak nhi aye then mene callback kiya to bol rhe h ki wo aye the and mujhe call kiya tha but reality is unka call nhi aya. then wo bolne laga ki product nhi laya h. Directly jhut bol raha hai delivery guy. Mera work stuck ho gaya bcoz replacement me mobile dena tha wo jispar mai work karta hu but delivery k wajah se mene format kiya. and ab mentally disturb ho gaya hu mobile bhi nhi mila n kaam bhi nhi kar saka.
Request you to do something. Flipkart se order placed kiya tha.

I purchased a product from Myntra and it was supposed to deliver on 27th, we've received a message saying order is rejected so we need to confirm. I confirmed that order was not rejected by us. Then I tried to connect with the agent, agent said he will not be able to deliver the product and said if I could come and collect. I reached the said address and then the agent said he will try to deliver it tomorrow as he had to go somewhere else. Today morning the order also shows that the delivery is rejected by me. Neither the call is getting connected nor I'm unable to reach out to the customer service representative of your company.

The above courier track number has not yet been delivered, Still, my courier bag is stuck in Lucknow Mother Hub, we dispatched the courier on Oct 11, 2022, but it's not delivered.

we reached our logistics partner, ship rocket, we sent it via my partner.untill we didn't get any response.

Where is my parcel # NMBP[protected]? It was expected to be delivered on 25 Oct 22 and was rescheduled later to 26 Oct 22 with no reason given. There is no status after it although it is 27 Oct 22 today and the parcel is not delivered yet.

Why is a customer care number missing and why the hell the sellers are still reliant on EKART when they can't deliver?

Product was picked up by delivery agent and all the tags and everything else were checked and verified by him.
Then he rejected my return request instead of approving it. Not Myntra can't even provide the reason why it was rejected.
I've been raising multiple complaint but still no resolution from their side.

I had placed an order for a sunglass on Myntra. I did not like it after receiving so I placed return request.
Ekart logistics guy came for pickup. He says the code doesn't match so can't take it.
Even though the tags were intact and I returned alongwith all the packaging.
If the code doesn't match how is it the customer's fault? The code came alongwith that packaging.
