[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — delivery not attempted till 17 days

I am a small seller, and i delivery my product to my customer through ekart logistics.
On 5aug, 20 i created a order,

Awb no - srtp[protected]

And 6aug it's pickup from my location, also 6aug it's go for transit.
On 11aug this shipment reached on surat ekart hub, but till today "31aug, 2020" this shipment not delivered my customer.
Also i escalated this from my end, but not get any reply and solutions.
I want urgent delivery of this shipment as soon as possible.
Otherwise refund my product price with penalty charge for delay my shipment.
