Ekart Logistics — Delivery not received

I have a package coming to me from flipkart with track id:
Tracking id: fmpc[protected]

The delivery boy has delayed it to 3 days and always updates info as customer not available even though i am always available and when ever i call him he immediately switches his phone off.

With such employees i am afraid your company may run down and already you are the least rated service.

Please help me receive my product as soon as possible.
