Ekart Logistics — Harassment and order cancellation by delivery boy without information | |
I am very much disappointed about service of ekart delivery boy, I have placed three order in Flipkart which is supposed to be delivered to me by Ekart 1. My first order OD[protected] I called the delivery boy about each and every day for 5 to 7 days but everytime We told me ok I am trying to deliver today I am personally visited his house for receiving the goods but suddenly he cancel my order, and I have got an SMS product return due to location not found ( he know my address) he done this intentionally 2. My second order OD[protected] cancelled by the same delivery boy without any phone call after getting cancellation SMS I had asked him he told me I don't know about this delivery 3. Same delivery boy do the same with my third order OD[protected] So I am requesting kindly take strict action against the delivery boy cause this is very unprofessional thing he have done with his customer.
