Ekart Logistics — Items not received but showing delivered | |||
My order id is FMPP[protected] . The delivery boy came and asked us to provide OTP . We provided it correctly. . Then he told us that there is some problem with the OTP, so he will deliver it tomorrow. But after 4-5 hrs of his departure, the delivery status is showing Item Delivered. We tried to call him with Flipkart number and pin number 154, but his phone is switched off.. Was this information helpful? | |||
