AWB no. SMPC[protected] I have ordered a Sony bluetooth neck band ear phone and JBL ear buds from Electrobeats through gratbazaar.com for Rs.1599. I have a order confirmation email from gratbazaar and also the delivery notification email and SMS. But I have received a cheap normal earphone which is dirty, damaged and not working and the MRP is Rs.749. I couldn't contact the number given in the delivery slip as the phone number is not working. I want a replacement with the one i have ordered or the refund. The ekart /flipkart delivery person is not responding when I reported that the product delivered is not the one i have ordered for. His tone sounds as if he is aware of this issue already and this is a repeating one. Pls can you look into this and send me a replacement head sets with what i have ordered and paid for. The same was happened to me today, I also ordered special offer sony neck band and JBL bluetooth, I didn't got these two items, instead I got damaged JBL neckband, till now I didn't got an option to return these equipment... The amount was 1599/- and will not repeat this mistake again...
