Ekart Logistics — Mobile not delivered on time | |||||
I ordered mobile phone on 26th July 2021 on Flipkart and they promised delivery by 28th July 2021 till 5.30PM. But i don't get my product. I got message from Ekart that your product will be delay due to technical reason. I wait 2 days more and make complain to Flipkart and Ekart both, but they don't have proper answer. My product reached to my nearest hub close to my home atleast 3km away still they are not delivering my product. I personally visited delivery hub of Ekart and delivery guy told me they have issue with their application and they don't able to deliver the product, they said more than 50 parcels are stopped.
