[Resolved] Ekart Logistics — Not Delivering My Parcel, Playing Games with Customers

I have ordered a Mobile Phone from flipkart on 6th January, 2015. I have kept 1 Day Delivery. And the delivery they promised is today i.e., 7th January, 2015. But they have not delivered. My pincode is 500037. I am from hyderabad. I will get delivery from Kukatpally hub every time. But from the last 3 orders, They are forwarding to Kukatpally Hub, and they are sending back my parcel to Hyderabad Sort Facility. They are not delivering my parcel. When i contact flipkart support They say that my pincode was wrong, but my pincode is correct. As they requested me to give another pincode, i have given another pincode. And the next day they called me and said me that the new pincode wich i have given is Wrong, And the previous Original Pincode is the correct one and said they are cancelling my order. After i scolded them so much then they delivered my Parcel from Suchitra Hub. They are playing games with the customers. And now i have another order from flipkart, now they forwarded to kukatpally Hub. And now from kukatpally hub they again sent it back to Hyderabad Sort Facility. It took 2 and half hours to go to kukatpally hub from hyderabad sort facility. But when kukatpally hub has forwarded back to hyderabad sort facilty, till now it has passed 7 hours but till now it hasn't reached. I have contacted customer care, they are not providing any details, just saying we are escalating. They are not willing to give the Courier hub Contact number or address to pick the parcel. They are hiding something.

They have cancelled the order and reordered it with new pincode what they have. But the pincode they gave is wrong but still delivered my parcel. According to all couriers my pincode is one. according to flipkart my pincode is different.

Updated by Chaitanya Chowdary When i have mailed to Ekart Logistics about the problem, they are not at all replying to my mail.

worst flipkart delivery system no body called when the pin number mismatched .Product status is updated 'Misroute (Same City Misrouted)' like this.after i'm called customer care they said like that product is return back to warehouse so it is not deliver to customer.very poor delivery system.

this is the worst delivering logistics i have ever seen, they dont even call or msg about delivery, they just send the msg like "we are unable to deliver your product due to wrong address mentioned in your flipkart. even if you give the correct address with your contact details.

when I see the tracking details it says misroute.

Some body might have called and confirm the details instead of going to wrong route or roaming some where.

Worst courier service I have never seen in my life. Ekart logistics doing worst service to customers at Hyderabad. They don't do their duties seriously. Customer Care responce also too bad.

Worst courier services ever any one can have. They are of first order, they cheat customers by updating wrong status on product delivery. Please don't buy products as they are sub standard and damaged. Also, the customer care executives are bunch of who don't know how to respond.

very bad delivery system.. I ordered a mobile on Flipkart on feb [protected]@2:26pm...they said that the product will be delivered in a day( on feb 16 before 9pm ) through Ekart Logistics, Suchitra hub nearer to my location ...but I received a message from that ekart that the product delivery was delayed due to address problem...they can also use contact number mentioned on the address of delivery, but they didn't do it ...
