Ekart Logistics — Pickup guy Misbehaved with a lady

Today a pickup boy came for pickup at my office/home, i was not there so mu wife gave him the order, and also asked him about the previous shipment which he lost, and she asked very politely and his answer was very rude and manner less that i don't know about it i have all proff i will send to flipcart you ask them(in a very rude and harsh way) is this the way you gave them training to talk to a lady.

What's wrong in asking for the mistake he done as its been 8 days there is no track of my product and he is sending me false screenshots of next order. Take STRICT action against him . His name is Durgesh patel from jabalpur office(mp). 482001 or 482002
