[Resolved]  Ekart Logistics — Product not getting Delivered

I purchased a product through Flipkart. It reached my nearest hub on 3rd. It was supposed to deliver on 5th. However till now there is no update. It's not even out for delivery. Kindly help me as this is an urgent order.
