Ekart Logistics — Puma 365 ignite soccer shoes | |||
I had bought a Puma 365 ignite football shoes from Myntra.It was delivered by Ekart logistics on September 3rd . The shoe was not upto the quality as it started to wear off before the end of September and it’s sole completely came out. I requested for a return in Myntra as my return period was not over and had called and informed the Myntra customer care about the situation of my shoes, they had asked me to send the photos of the shoes via mail. Which I did and my return was accepted by Myntra. But when I took the shoes for return, the Ekart logistics service guy denied to return my shoes and said that his manager had instructed him not to take any damaged or defective goods for return. What I don’t understand is if Myntra doesn’t have an issue with accepting my defective shoes why does Ekart have an issue. Ekart is just delivering the goods purchased from different online sites.
