Ekart Logistics — Regarding behaviour of your customers executive | |||
Hello this side rajesh chandra. I paced a order from flipkart. Which refferance of your company is fmpp[protected]. This parsual is first time out for delivery is at 19th september. But dilivery agent not called me or not picked my phone. When i reaced at your center excutive denayed and saied this parsual is still is in the way. And when it arrived they diliverd at given address. But after that on 23rd september again parsual is out for delivery and i call the excutive the given ph no is swetch ed off. Than i again i reached at your counter than your excutive said that sir your parsual is missed some where. So you pleases cancelled the order and again order it. I said that i want my parsal find it and give it to me. And i left. After that again parsual is out for dilivery on 27th and 28th september . And again parsal nit arrived. And excutive give remark custumer reject the parsual. I reached your counter again i said who give this remark custumer reject the parsual. After that your excutive saied that sir this remarks come from flipkart we can't do any thing. What you think. That i am fool.? dilivery boy delivering the parsul and delivery remark flipkart dega? just i want to know wheare is my parsul. When they will delived to me.
