Ekart Logistics — Return request not processed after picking up my product | |||
Dear Sir, Its jawed alam. I bought a product named Urban Scottish men white and grey striped lounge of size M on 20, sep 2021 ( Tracking ID- MYNP[protected]) from myntra. A return request was initiated by me and the product picked up on 22, sep 2021 by an ekart delivery agent. But due to product mismatched, request was rejected(Tracking ID-MYNR[protected]). Delivery agent called me and said your return request cant be processed due to product id mismatched and further said that your product will be delivered to you. After that neither i got my product nor refund. I am trying to contact but there is no solution till date. Was this information helpful? | |||
