Hi, tracking id: fmpp[protected]
I have ordered this item and its still not delivered on expected date. The courier company ekart has updated the tracking status twice to "delivery attempt failed (Customer rejected)" without any intimation to me or my family.in-fact i am trying to contact delivery and flipkart [incident: in[protected]] since 2 days. I have also told them to inform my alternate number [protected] to delivery person. Same problem was informed by me through your twitter handle

I request you to deliver this item as soon as possible to the same address as specified and here is my alternate contact number [protected]. I kindly request you to follow up on this issue as i am unable to contact delivery person and they are rejecting my order without my intimation.

I need this item urgently and i request you to deliver it asap failing which i shall be constrained to initiate a legal action under the consumer protection act, 1986.
