In this regard it is submitted that the product delivered to me today morning hours against Gpay Payment of Rs, 599.00 found to be very poor quality as under,
Size - against XXXL received XXl,
Colour - against ordered colour of Black & Gray received Dark blue & light blue

Also apparently with spots & second hand package resealed & repacked with local plastic bag with below par quality.

In view of the above, your soonest response delivering me a genuine product against my order replacing delivered one or refunding back my payment of Rs 599.00 will be highly appreciated.

I am serving in the Central Govt Dept dont force me to go into Consumer courts or take a legal action.

Expect your immediate response replacing / delivering a genuine product of PREMIUM MEN'S HIGH STRETCH or refund asap.
