I was ordered (Order no. 516196) in elanic versace handbag on 5th nov 2017. Order got cancelled by seller due to unavailability and amount comes to my elanc wallet, later i cashed out the amount to my bank acount, same has been cancelled by elanic, reason shows due to technical error. After that on day basis i called their support centre for refund of my money, today is 22nd nov, still i didnt get back my money from elanic, their response like we will revert you, your money will refund today eod, like this type of response, i want to go consumer forum against elanic.
