Elanic — no return for wrong item

I ordered one lahenga with order id 1565091. I received the product entirely different in design color & of very low quality.

The status of my order was not updated thats why i couldn't raise return request. I sent several mails but never received any prompt & proper response.

My amount is still withheld with the elanic.

I am not sure whether i will ever get that back. But surely i will never let anyone within my reach to use such a waste app.
