I ordered one lahenga with order id 1565091. I received the product entirely different in design color & of very low quality.

The status of my order was not updated thats why i couldn't raise return request. I sent several mails but never received any prompt & proper response.

My amount is still withheld with the elanic.

I am not sure whether i will ever get that back. But surely i will never...

Hi my name is abdul rauf khan i have to inform all the people who are doing online shopping with elanic its a fraud company and a fraud website few days before i had ordered two watches for my daughter its cost me 1360 rupees from that order they cancel my one order[protected] and when i ask them about refund they told me its in your wallet for one watch order which is cancelled by them its cost me 750 rupees and they given me refund of 650...

My 2 products were returned by buyer but elanic didnt delivered it to me they misplaced my both products now im following up them since 2 months but they r not ready to give me the product nor the refumd very bad service.
They clearly said they will refund in 72 hours but its been 12-15 days no refund is given nor the proper reply

I have ordered an saree for rs. 923 on cash on delivery and when i have got it it was totally different from what i have ordered and when i have concerned my problem to its cuatomer care they are giving an unnecessaari reason that the transaction was out of from aur intervention as the seller had transacted it out from elanic transction so they are are unable to refund.

As they are playing with the interest of consumers interest...

It has been more than one month while talking customer care. They are not providing proper customer care contact no. Or email id sothat my complain could be heard properly and two way talk caould be made.
I am tired of writing in help chat 20 times to give the contact no. Or email id of authentic person to whom i can talk or higher authority email id, but in vain.

There is 600 rs.in my elanic wallet as i got refund for my retunrned product in jan 2019. I didnt need any thing so i didnt shop for the time in between. Now i think to shop and utilise my elanic money in june 2019 but what i saw that no money left there. They it has been expired.
Its not the promotional money or free credits, it was my hard earned money, how it can be expired. Other online platforms like amazon paytm myntra keep...

This app should b taken down from Google as they are stealing people's money. They didn't even inform me about their new stupid policy & stole 345 INR from my wallet. The customer care person gurpreet randhawa keeps on saying that they've sent email regarding this while I didn't receive any email. When i told him to show email he dared to disconnect the chat. I was about to start a business with elanic but now no way. Return everyone's money...

This elanic app is fake fake fake they eat all your money and sit. No response with the product ordered. I had ordered a saree they dint deliver then i cancelled it i have not got my refund. These people are making fool of people. Please dont download or buy in this app. I have attached the photo of order id. They dont even respond peoperly and response we get is automated email. Very disappointed....

Very worst app, i cancelled my order before the seller confirmed availability they told me that amount will credit to elanic wallet not yet received any amount to my wallet they said it will take 5 to 7 working days but mine gone to 10 days, no one is responding in customer support, i think they have same messeges in the system as a default format if we asked several questions they are replying same answer like forward messeges. they dont...

I sold a product through elanic. Later i didn't receive my money or my product. After multiple complaints they told they will take an action. But it has been almost 2 months no action has been taken. They just keep asking for more and more days. They keep postponing my request. Unexpectedly they called me and assured help and told me i'll surely get the amount back but they didn't take any action and till now i've not received my product...

I sold my products and received rs. 322 in my elanic wallet on 10th april 2019. I immediately transferred the amount to my bank account. Its been over two weeks and i still haven't received the amount in my bank account. I mailed them but n response. If you are running a business, atlas have the courtesy to resolve the issues on time. Elanic is a site for online purchase & sale of products either new or used one. I have purchase one product which was not as per description so refunded it & got refund money in elanic wallet then i dont find any product worth buying so thought when i wil find good product will buy through this money but found that after few month they are showing your wallet money has expired. How can you use consumer money that also without intimation....

I have sold my eyeshadow pallets on elanic.. And the delivery boy took my product on 8 the feb 2019... But but it's 18 the march now.. But i still have not received the payment of the product... Where as there is clearly written that the payment will be provided between (Max) 7 to 10 days of selling the item.. Can't even track where my product is now... Hi, my self mounika i have order one pearl jewelry from elanic, and the product was deliverd in jan it took 13 days for them to deliver the product, even after regular askin about the status no proper response, and i put that product for return cause the quality was not good, it's been 2 months pick up is not taken place, when i was continously asking about this they said some issue will solve it soon same thing is happen since 2 months now...

On 7 feb i ordered oblique zipper long sleeved t shirt but i got a mob in the packet. App is also not working properly... I m due to that i m unable to attach the pic of a product... Plz refund my money or replace the product with actual one

This product is also not yet delivered to me and it is showing delivered. Can you provide proof of delivery that should have my sign. I always right my name and number when i take back product. I never do small signature. It is happening 4th time. Courier person is steeling product and not return it to me. If pod has my name signature as "jyotsna" than only it's me otherwise that pod is fake....

Sent wrong product and low quality product, after several times of mail communication Elanic telling that, Seller sent the product without knowing of Elanic, my paid amount also not ready to refund, actually i buy via Elanic App itself, now they not bothering and telling that it mistake of Seller, u contact directly to seller, why should i contact or seller ???...

We purchase the 4 items and only one is received. All amount paid through internet banking.in the app. It is showing amount refunded to buyer, but till date not received the refund in my account nor they are having any phone to complaint the same. Order given on 2nd nov 2018 it is showing in their app amount refunded to buyer on 14 nov but not received in my account...

The app had offered a diwali discount on the items that we are selling on the elanic mobile app. They show you the charges that they will be deducting from you for courier and their fee (Elanic fee). So obviously it is understood that all amount to be charged for that transaction will be deducted and charged in that elanic fee component.

After everything is over and the payment is also transferred to my account they mention...

I had purchased products from elanic 22/11/2018, but it showed that cod is not applicable for my pincode so i paid onlineinr 850. I got confirmation from my bank and but there is no record in elanic. Please provide me order details otherwise please transfer my money. So how i will get my money?? This is really disgusting i want my product and you people have not provided any contact no this is worst contact service. Kindly do something....

I have returned a product id-1123138 the day itself i received it. They told it will take 5-7 days to reach the hub. And after that within 24hrs they will refund the money 900 rs. But it's more than 15 days no money has been refunded. When talking to customer care service they only sending apologizing text. They are repeating the same thing every time. I need my refund asap....

This is regarding order id: 836188 and 729286. Both the orders were picked up from me and due to some issue at buyer end, they were not delivered to them.

In such cases, the parcel has to be returned back to me. Without any trial of returning it back to me, they updated the status as failed to deliver to me which is a total fraud!!! I want both of my parcels back else i'll launch a police complaint.

They take product from seller, fails the order, delivers to buyer take money from buyer and dont pay back to seller. This type of company should be shutdown.

1.Logistic partner pick package from me. With proper shipping label. Logistic FedEX Did not share any slip, only the seller copy they shared.

I sold a product which is not picked up by elanic from 4 th sept. And today is 10th evwrytime when i ask the employees(Jessica john and shameer) of elanic they tell me the same ans.
No body helped and they r taking there customers very lightly.
I want a STRICT ACTION !!!

I've ordered an item i elanic. but till now i didn't receive my order and i'm trying to contact to elanic, but there is no contact number and they gave fake email id([protected]@elanic.in). They remove the cancel order option in elanic app after payment done.
