I have ordered an saree for rs. 923 on cash on delivery and when i have got it it was totally different from what i have ordered and when i have concerned my problem to its cuatomer care they are giving an unnecessaari reason that the transaction was out of from aur intervention as the seller had transacted it out from elanic transction so they are are unable to refund.
As they are playing with the interest of consumers interest its seems to be that they are not aware about the consumer rights they should get aware about their misfault. Was this information helpful? |
