Elanic — Cashout 550 not credited in bank a/c

As per the terms and condition i have enterd my bank ac detail for cashout process for RS 550 .but the amount is not credited in the account. After rigorous mails of 15 days i recived the refund amount in elanic credit. For cashout i entered the a/c detail but the amount is not credited. Frustrated with this kind of service .very poor service no one is bother about the service quality.No one even contacted from there side why the process is so slow. I was getting mails like within 24 hrs the refund process will be initiate.but lot may 24hrs gone I have orderd the product on 1st November 2016 and got the product on 24 th November 2016 .I Lodge a return request on 25th November 2016 as the product is below quality not same as described. On 26th November the product was taken from me with a shippment note by the Coriour boy. After so many mails on 17th December 2016 i received the refund amount as elanic credit. On 18th December i ordered a product of Rs 250( with delivery charges) from my debit card then i cancelled the order to get cashout ( as minimum amount for cashout should be 500) so my total amount was 550 and i entered all bank a/c detail and the amont 550 cashout from the elanic wallet .But the amount is still not credited to my mentioned bank a/c. I am totally harrashed. I want my cash back .
