I have ordered certain products by mistake and was not able to cancel the same. As per the cancellation poilcy if the product is not received by them we can cancel the order but as per the app the order has not been received yet. I want to cancel the order right away. They are not even picking calls and after reading below reviews i wil not be able to go for return poilcy as they are not refunding money also. Please help me with same. My krder number is 975527 to 975539.
