Elanic — worst customer care

It has been more than one month while talking customer care. They are not providing proper customer care contact no. Or email id sothat my complain could be heard properly and two way talk caould be made.
I am tired of writing in help chat 20 times to give the contact no. Or email id of authentic person to whom i can talk or higher authority email id, but in vain.

Chat person repeating the thing ur money can not be given as it has been expired. How can my money can get expired, its not the freebee credit given by elanic, its my hard earned money.
Company like elanic should be banned, its do daylight fraud.
