Elanic — many product sold on elanic. payment not received

I have sold so many product on elanic. However, no payment has received in my bank account even after two weeks of out of delivery of products. I have called to customer care so my time but every time did not get the satisfactory answer. They told to share your account statement and bank details. When I have asked them to share your bank account number with transaction id they has refused to share the same.
