Elanic — my refund money is not back to me

I am purchasing dress combo pack i received dress, dress is so short i am return the dress but my money is not back no one respond elanic phone number and landline number also i am coll customers care but the customers care says i am not respond for the return money. Please give me my money back. Landline number is ringing but no one respond mobile number is not active or no one respond
