Elanic — payment not received/redressal issues

Instead of getting any sale amount i lost my poducts, incase i ask them to send it back then they damaged it and cut the cost of damage and dodn't even pre - inform me... That way i ended up not only loosing my products without getting any sale amount but also got my own product back after paying for it and that too in damaged condition!!! Following are the order ids i am having trouble with.
Order id product title order date issue

667263 train toy 24-mar delivered on 29th march. Hasn't got money till date (Which should have beenreceived after 3 days)

662372 beige net dupatta 19-mar 25th march-saying that payment processed to seller-didn't receive any amount, instead 180 rs got deducted
660327 indoor slippers 1 pair 18-mar 26th march-same as above-i was assured on 27th march that 180 rs will be refunded back to me within 48 hrs but till today 180 has not been refunded

656819 hard clutch 15-mar showing issue at delivery since 22nd march-no action taken till date-don't know where the product is

653346 cane duck 12-mar it was ordered on 12th march but due to some glitch in app it was not getting confirmed-requested repeatedly but no action was taken instead remark is written that elanic tried reaching seller multiple times…

651234 red cap 10-mar i sent a mail that it has got wrongly got ordered twice by the buyer so cancel it but no action was taken and remark was written-…to avoid seller failures... And i also got mails saying my closet will be disabled if i don't handover the product

637805 parker new pen 27-feb on 30th march-remark is: return approved. Product stored in elanic inventory for future sale-since 4th march product was out for delivery finally delivered on 16th march (Remark: sale amount will be processed incase no return is requested by buyer within 3 days)-then somehow it was march???-then there was suddenly on 21st (After 4days of delivery)-return request was accepted - on 30th march - return approved, product stored in elanic inventory for future sale.-but 75 rs deducted saying that the product was damaged — i am asking how can a sealed new pen get damaged but no answer even after repeated attempts to get the answer till 2nd april. Moreover i am asking them to show me the pics of the damage of how a sealed new packet of pen can get damaged, which they never showed. Only giving same automated messages. Product was sold on 27th feb. The product is still with them and has not been returned to me yet though 75rs has been deducted. If it was damaged then why they made it available for future sale? — so that again a person buys it and again they decuct 75 rs for the same.

627028 accessories box 18-feb the product was delivered on 20th feb. Return was accepted on 21st feb. Retun was picked up on 26th feb. On 4th march remark-return approved, product stored in elanic inventory for future sale-as i usually ask to send back the returned item as i don't want it to be lying there in inventory so i mailed requesting them to send it back to me asap and so they sent it-but they deducted 75 saying that the product was damaged-before that i was never told about the damage of the product-also when i enquired then i was told 75 rs is deducted as courier charges to send it back to me as it was damaged - (They should have mentioned that before sending it back to me that the product is damaged so if you ask to get it back 75 will be charged which they never told before hand and i came to know about it only after i inquired repeatedly. Deduction of 75 rs was totally unjust on their part without any prior information.)-moreover the damage was not from my end i was vry sure of that. Instead i got a bottomed teared box with pen marks on one of its sides which were clearly not there as can be seen in product pics i had posted on thier app

606207 sandals 1st feb delivered on 9th feb-on 13th feb the product did not match for buyers expectation so was asked to be returned-21st feb: return approved. Product stored in elanic inventory for future sale — since then repeated requests were made to send it back to me but till 2nd april i have not received it. Neither is elanic bothered reg its whereabout and only giving automated responses.

Loss of 330 rs and 4-6 items costing rs 1425 to rs 1595 + hours of mental trauma, tension and precious time & feeling of being cheated, disgust and anger, and helplessness to stop such fraudsters.
I want to get back my products in intact condition as well as refund of all these fraud deductions and get back the sale amount as well as compensation for the mental trauma and harrassment i hve gone through so many days for feeling of being cheated and disgust along with several calls attempted to get the issues resolved.
