Would like to complaint regarding Alex (elanic employ) who refused to assist when asked about one over delayed parcel which I never got despite waiting for ages as technically as a seller if customer do not receive the parcel sold via Elanic it should get back to me as a seller within 10-15 days bt its more then a month and I haven't receive my parcel yet n when informed same to Alex via watsapp he refused to help and asked to contact customer care but the same guy offered help initially when I as a new seller didn't made my 1st sale.(check screenshot for more information)
