i lost my voter id.,. since someone pick pocketed in bus.,.,

actually i have lost my voter id card in last 5 days so i will get a duplicate voter id card whats a processing a duplicate voter id card...n how can get a new duplicate voter id ...its urgently pls

    sir i have applied for voter id card photo and address correction IN FORM NO. 8A in may IN LAJPAT NAGAR VOTER OFFICE. But till now nothing had happened. i went there about 15 to 16 times but every time i have to return blank.
    Every time they say that my card is in pending. SIr i hope you wioll take immediaTE ACTION.

      even in kannada language it wrongly mentioned as Dyaneshwari.

      election commission removed my name from voter list.but, i am having voter ID .card iD is STG0082701. it is in thiruvadanai assembly.Ramanathapuram district.it is my own house.we are staying around 8 years .but, election commission removed my name and brother name from voter list.only my mother name is available.
      how to complaint against election commission?. suggest the procedure for that.?

          respected sir/mam,
          i and my parents had applied for voter id card at the time of 2011 Tamilnadu state election registration drive .we have received id no & they announced that the they will issue the booth slip card(with photo,address,name...and so on) first due to the hurry of election. we have put vote in 2011 state election and 2012 counsilor election.(not only us the lakhs of people in Tamilnadu )by using that copy. but yet we have not received the orginal id card. plz help us. As i am doing b.tech final year i need the card for applying campus drives.. so pz help me....

            Myself Mr.Santosh Arjun Gavas have applied for change in address of my voter id & my Wife's vote ID ( Mrs.Snehal Santosh Gavs, ) in Sep.2018, and the acknowledgments no is EBB[protected], through local BLO mr.Goutam (Mapusa, Karaswada area). but still date we have not received the corrected.             Last year sept 2018, we have applied fro correction in name, but till date we have not received the corrected one, after several follow ups with Mamletdar office at Mapusa, However till date 12/10/2019, corrected copy not received after applying for two times for correction as initial corrected copy was not itself corrected at all, and same copy issued to us, so send back. I am facing problem for my Residence address proof due non availability of Voter ID,

                We had been issued Voters ID Cards for our 3 member family. Details in all 3 were wrong. My sons DOB was mentioned as xx/xx/1991. What was the whole point when the DOB is not mentioned? We reapplied after a lot of circus, the reason given by the authorities was - `the camp has closed and will be back next year'. We finally got our cards after one year with incorrect details again. 2 questions- why does the staff receiving our applications not acknowledge on the acknowledgement slip that they have received the application? why should there a camp? voters ID is a serious business and should be made available to the citizens 365 days a year. now it is serious business only for the private contractors who set up camp once a year. we are not able to contact them regarding the mistakes in the ID Card as they would have closed camp by the time we receive them. dear election commisioner sir, pls take matters seriously and minimise our trips to the corporation offices. we get insulted, pushed out, applications sometimes thrown into the dustbin and then get cards without correct details. ph: [protected]

                the voters ID card is asked for in every event in our day to day lives. opening bank accounts, change in names in accounts etc. every one in the election office knows how important the card is. everybody nods when we complain. but nothing is being done.

                  I am defence officer and residing at 533/17 sp marg flats, chankyapuri. I, my wife and daughter have applied for voter card. The application was submitted through department. However, we have not yet received our voter card and therefore we are not able to cast our vote at this time.

                    on 17 sept 2012 i was coming from gandhi nagar mod to jagatpura by low flour jaipur bus no .8 ...in evening..... so in the bus somebody stolen my purse ..in my voter id card also so please..take a action aganist the complaint ..... somebody can miss use my voter id..

                      Hello Sir/Madam,
                      I'm Shivkant Gote, since last 6 years I was trying to get voter card/id,finally i've got voter card, (Now i come to know how difficult it is to get voter id) but has many discrepancies in it. Even after providing sufficient document proofs,our election officers are not able to process it properly. The information that was filled while applying for voter id in the application form, is completely different on voter card, i'm worried how such mistakes can happen.

                      Following information i found on website
                      http://www.ceo.maharashtra.gov.in provides the facility for citizens to:

                      Modify or change Name in Voters List: click here
                      Change of Address of Voter can be done

                      But these links are not working and no one cares. How long it will take to make it work.

                      As the voter id is the very important document in India, we need our issues to be addressed.

                                I had submitted my and my wife's Voter ID card applications with necessary documents at RK Puram postpoffice Near Neredmet, Secunderabad on Jan 24th'2009. Till now we didnt receive our cards. Request you to send us our vouter ID cards ASAP.

                                I applied the same for me, my wife and my mother through Internet site. I received RegNumbers for all the 3. But didnt receive Voter ID cards till now.

                                  My & Father's name on the voter id card was spelt incorrectly as Rahul & Father's name is Rajapal instead of Rahul Kumar & Father's name Rajpal Singh. The online records on the electoral roll show my name as Rahul & Father's name as Rajapal whereas it should be Rahul Kumar & Father's name Rajpal Singh. The prescribed Form 8 that should be submitted for the correction of any details on the voter ID card was submitted in FEB 2012. It has been over a Six Month now and still the corrected Voter ID card has not been sent to me or any kind of notice has not been sent to come and collect it.
