My name is Angel Singh, and i am a resident of D-106 1st Floor Phase 1 vivek vihar delhi 95.
i had given my old voter id for my address change, this time i had my name listed on the voters list, thats why i gave the vote too. but since then i have not received my Voter id card.

Kindly look into the matter and help me out as soon as possible.

I have registered as a voter in Medchal constituency. I verified my name in the electoral list available on the site ceoandhra.nic.in and found that it has been indeed registered [Voter ID card number: YAV1127463].

I have not yet received the voter ID card with the number mentioned above till now, I have tried to get the same on my own by contacting the e-seva at survey of India, uppal. There, they informed me that only the GNH series ID cards of medchal constituency are only opening, so they were unable to issue me ID card of YAV series.

I have contacted the 1100 number for 10 to 15 times to get any information of about where can, I get the ID card issued to me, but they couldn't provide me any information and asked me to contact grampanchayt office of boduppal or Ghatkesar MRO office.

When I visited the grampanchayt office of boduppal or Ghatkesar MRO office and enquired about the Voter ID card, they informed me that their do not have any ID cards and simply sent me back without providing any other infromation of where should I approach to resolve my issue.

Shame on the officials and the government for not taking these matters seriously, I want immediate action and as a result of it, my ID card delivered to me immidiately. Since it is my basic right to obtain Voter ID card.

DIR SIR,
I CAN'T RECIVED MY VOTER ID CARD FROM 07/11/08. I SUBMITED MY ALL DOCUMENTS, WHICH ARE IMPORTANT FOR APPLYING VOTER ID CARD AT THE DATE 07/12/2008. HOWEVER I DO NOT RECIVED MY VOTER ID.SO, PLEASE DO SOME ACTION ABOUT THIS.

Name and Address Misprinted on the VoterID Card which i had applied and received it with incorrect details and now again i have to go and get another form(8) and fill and submit and wait for 3-4 months to get another one so can you suggest what can be done

in which i attended but, still i have not get the viter id card

I had applied for Voter ID card of my daughter before the election 2009 as well as some correction in cards of my family members. Before and after the election I contacted the person, issuing the Voter ID cards, but he refused to correct the address as well as to deliver the Voter ID card to me, saying the process is stopped upto next election. I am still waiting for correction and new Voter ID cards.

Dear sir,

This is to bring your kind attention to the fact that myself DULAL CHANDRA ACHARYYA and my other family members are not getting the VITER ID CARD and yet not been included our names in the voter list.
Myself and other of my family members are permanantly residing in the premisses No- 2/72, TRIVENI NAGAR, MEERPUR CANTT, KANPUR-208004, U.P., INDIA. But, inspite of my several submission of VOTER ID issuance forms with other related papers, the ID issuance process has not been completed yet by your EFFICIENT / ACTIVE DEPARTMENT.
Evern, after severall reminders, none in your department is taking any action to comply the formalities.
In this connection, we would request you, pls. check the matter and do needfull to issue the same at an early date. Otherwise, pls. inform us, whether, we've to submit again the papers for complete the formalities ? If so, pls. send your official representative to our locality, where, you can find lot of peoples / elligible voters are harrassing regularly and not issuing he VOTER ID CARD in proper manner.

Pls. let us know the exact date & time of your representative's visit to our locality to my following addresses / telephone for update & regulairise the matter.

I with my family residing at Bhatta Colony, Sehatpur, Faridabad which is under 90-Tigaon Assemebly.
In the month of May 2008, I submitted my and my wife's Form 6 alongwith form 001A and two passport copies photo through a volunteer of RWA Bhatta Colony (No receipt given by them) . It passed more than one year but don't know what happened to that forms.
On 26th July 2009 again I submitted my and my wife's complete filled Form 6, Form 001A, two passport photo (one pasted on form 6 and one on 001A), copy of Ration card and copy of PAN Card. All the papers accepted by Husband of ward member of Ward 21 Faridabad after full checking and verification of papers. (Again no receipt given by them)
Now after 5 days of submission the same forms he demands Electricity Bills, property registration papers photocopy and one more Form 6.
I don't know in one house how the electricity and property papers can be in the name of all the members of the family.
Request to concern authority it must be comfortable as well as PAN card preparation that one could enlrolled and get the EPIC.

Dear Sir,

I had attended the photo session for getting a Voter's id card, 2-3 years back, the card was not issued to me then .

Then i had submitted a form with photo 6 months back again to get a voter's id card and i still do not get it on hand .While i can clearly see my details and photo in the voter's list when i went to vote last election the officials are not handling over the card yet.

Can you please direct me, whom to contact or complaint to get my voter's id card.

I am an Indian citizen and have been allotted with a voter id card no. GTR 3968237.
Constituency : Musheerabad, Hyderabad-50020. Please send me the voter id card.

In clause No III asking for "details of applicant's family members already included in the current electoral roll of the constituency" should be reviewed. The applicant may not have any of his familiy members included in the same constituency as the person may be new in the the city from which application is being made. I such cases applicant is forced to indicate "NA" in the required field and this becomes a cause of his application rejection.
Pl change the requirement of clause III for the convenience of the applicants.

i hav applied for my voter id via online registration.they called me on 3rd july09 in a near by office for my verification of documents which i verified.hence they called me on 20 th july to collect my i card..but on 20th they told me to come 2 weeks later to check whether my i card is made or not.
