i have given all my necessary information & documents to your representative in 2007 photo session at rani laxmi bai school at sector 14, indira nagar lucknow and paid neccesory fee amt Rs-25. twice. but after that tiil now i did"nt recieved my voter id card

I with my family residing at Bhatta Colony, Sehatpur, Faridabad which is under 90-Tigaon Assemebly.
In the month of May 2008, I submitted my and my wife's Form 6 alongwith form 001A and two passport copies photo through a volunteer of RWA Bhatta Colony (No receipt given by them) . It passed more than one year but don't know what happened to that forms.

Dear Sir,

I had attended the photo session for getting a Voter's id card, 2-3 years back, the card was not issued to me then .

Then i had submitted a form with photo 6 months back again to get a voter's id card and i still do not get it on hand .While i can clearly see my details and photo in the voter's list when i went to vote last election the officials are not handling over the card yet.br...

My name was listen in voter list(with mistake in my surname) and my voter ID card number is with me but I had not received my Voter identity card yet[protected]

My Voter ID Card received today (28/07/2009) after the Elections were over.

Sir,

I am an Indian citizen and have been allotted with a voter id card no. GTR 3968237.
Constituency : Musheerabad, Hyderabad-50020. Please send me the voter id card....

In clause No III asking for "details of applicant's family members already included in the current electoral roll of the constituency" should be reviewed. The applicant may not have any of his familiy members included in the same constituency as the person may be new in the the city from which application is being made. I such cases applicant is forced to indicate "NA" in the required field and this becomes a cause...

dear sir/mam

i hav applied for my voter id via online registration.they called me on 3rd july09 in a near by office for my verification of documents which i verified.hence they called me on 20 th july to collect my i card..but on 20th they told me to come 2 weeks later to check whether my i card is made or not.

After so many years of receiving the voter ID card of my whole family, I got my card but with wrong date of birth entry. It has been entered xx/xx/1973 instead of 10/03/1971

before general elections, in the month of August 2008, i have first applied for the identity card. in reply i was issued the identity card where in there are two mistakes.
1. the photograph was not mine.
2. father's name has been mentioned as sandhya rohini which is my wife's name.

when i approached the municipality of malkajgiri where i belong to, i was asked to fill up the form...

Dear Sir,
I lost my voter id Card while missing in pocket .Where do i get the Duplicate Id card. what are the necessary steps to get back the voter id card ?

Respected Sir,
We utilized our right to vote but not yet received our voter ID Cards. For many citizens they gave a slip and asked them to carry the slip during elections. After that when we approached them for our cards, they are asking us to apply for the ID Cards. They are our Identities as every citizen need to have either ration card or voter ID card etc.
Hence kindly consider my request and get us our ID Cards....

I & My wife have applied for voter Photo ID Card on 23/08/08 which was received by Electoral Registration officer (165 Andheri) & again given my photo & details by application on 17/3/09 EPIC 001B sr.no.1061262 & 1061263, than further again gave my details on 10/6/09 but when ever we visit we are informed to come after a month, our LAC no.165 EP no.262 Sr.no.275 & 276, our mention in the voter list than too Photo cards...

SIR .. IN ANDRA PRADESH VOTER ID CARDS ARE RE CORRECTION THROUGH ESEVA CENTERS.

IT IS GOOD MOVE BY EC, BUT SIR THE PROBLEM IS EC ISSUED ONLY NEW SERIES OF ID CARD FOR CORRECTION.. SO WHAT ABOUT FOR OLD SERIES OF ID CARDS( 2003) IN OLD CARD ALSO HAVE WRONG NAMES, AGE, AND ADRESSES..SO.
