Dear Sir,

I have submitted my voter id form with necessary documents in Election Administrative Office in Mahadevapura (Bangalore) on 25th march’09 and received an acknowledgement from them. I checked with them for status after 12 days, now they informed me I was suppose to submit my document in k.r.puram. So it has been rejected.
