I have registered for voter ID -- But not Received

I have Applied voter ID three times and I got the conformation Slip. But my Application is rejected by the Election commission officers....

Respected sir,

I am a resident of Sanath Nagar, residing at 1174 SRT, # 201 Star Residency, Near Voltas Ltd.
I have not recieved my voter ID card. Plz do the needful....

Name is differecnt punched in Hindi and English Typing

Hi,
I, above name, want to bring to your knowledge that my name and address are wrongly printed on my voter ID card. My name is different in English and Hindi and my address is wrongly punched. So may I requested you, please rectify the error and send me the new Voter Id card with proper name and address.

wrong photo on voter ID card

I have received my voter ID card No. GBZ7906555. on the name of B Narasimha Rao S/O B Narayana Rao Address : B-40, Railway Qrts, Moulali (Malkajgiri Mandal), Ranga Reddy dist. Where in my photo
was not available and some other person's photo was scanned on it.
Hence kindly arrange to rectify the same at the earliest....

Details mentioned are wrong

Dear Sir,

I am glad to inform our election commissioner that at last we have received the Voter ID card of self & wife after long waiting as below.

VOTER ID CARD NOS.: GBZ8819641 & GBZ8819633

But to my surprise, except the picture other details on my voter ID card are are not belong to me, in this case what shall I do with this now.

Is this the way the agencies working on...

3. My Date of Birth is wrongly shown as 1974. Instead of 08/08/1973.
