I have submitted Form-6 (voters-ID) application at corporation office located near near Marathahalli Signal voters 7 times and finally I found my name listed (spelled incorrectly) in the website. Even after submission of form6 with 2 photo last year name has not been included. Now again I am filling form6, but RWA is not signing as telling me to get my out of station landlord to pay his rwa dues....

My name has been added to the voter list that is issued on 20th Feb 09. But When I confirm the details I found My Name and my Father Name is incorrectly Mention. Then I filled the Form 8 and went to submitI this form to my Electrol Office (17-Wazirpur) No body has accepted this. I had applied for a Voter ID card and though it is prepared but my husband was denied to collect my Voter ID card on my behalf as current I am out of station and will return after a month.

I am Sanjoy residing at ward number 9 of Baranagar Municipality area. Two years ago year we are requested by local municipality to proceed two color photo for new photo ID card. Dy.SP.Mr.N.Rasheed is posted in same district of port blair since more than 3 yrs.He is misusing his power, and haressed me.Though he is not capable to sit in that place(Dy.SP), but he is still there.
