Dear sir,
We are 5 members in a family reciding in the same house bearing No. 42-599/3/201. In the voter list our names are obserbed with out photos and with spelling mistakes. Where as in telugu script the names are correct. But none o[censored]s got the ID cards so far.The area fals in AP, RR dist. and Malkajgiri constituency.

I am a resident of bangalore, staying in ward number 40, chandralayout area, vijayanagar constituency, bangalore city, karnataka.I applied for voter id in the sep08 by submitting form-6 along with the house agreement. Yesterday when we went for voter-id collection, we were shocked to see that the address were entirely wrong except the door number, ward number, age. I m applying for voter card continously since 2005 along with all documents for myself, father, mother & brother. Since 2005 not even a single they have alloted the voter id card. From last yr name is there in voter card list but we didn't have card. As per SDO the photo is not available & we have also submitted the photo two to three times from that time but till yet we didn't received the card.
