Me and my family members below have not received the Voter ID Cards being distributed in R-Block, Khirki Extension, Malviya Nagar, New Delhi.

Some mischievous person might have misplaced our Cards deliberately.

May I request the concerned authority to look into the matter and ensure that the Voter ID Cards are handed over to the concerned individuals to avoid misuse.

earlier i was staying in p-39 2nd floor, pvt colony sriniwaspuri.
i have alrady got voter id card for this address. but now i have changed my residence from there and my new address is p-23 a 2nd floor pvt colony sriniwaspuri. for this address i have submit form 8a of election conmmission, so that i could recived my new voter id card of new address .
but till now i have not any information about this....

I have been staying in godavarikhani dist karimnagar AP since past 10 years.In 1995 i was given photo identity card byelcctoral regd officer myadaram assembly constituency. after running from pillar to post.In the card my name was missspelt jitendra singh instead of geetendra singh, Fathers name was misspelt BIYAN SINGH instead of Baijnath singhIN PLACE OF MY PHOTO SOME OTHER PHOTO WAS ATTACHED MY ID CARD NO ISSUED BU ELECTION COMMISSION...

This is phani, am 23 years old.i have submitted my photos 2 years back and also i have been there when government people came to my area and taken the photographs.My name is also listed in the voters list when i checked at the time of Assembly elections, but up till now i dint get my voter card.i request to kindly do the needful.
