Electrolux India — AC water leakage, issue on 17th April 17. | |||
I had purchased 1.5ton ac unit (Electrolux) from vijay sales at panvel on 13th april, 17. Same has installed on 17th april '17. Same day evening water leakage started happening from ac unit. Immediately i had logged call to ac vendor mr. Ajam & vijay sales helpdesk-panvel. They have attended call on 24th april 17. During inspection found that drain tray & swing motor wire damage due to poor installation location guided by ac technician who came for installation. There was no safety guideline given by field technician in order to avoid damage to new ac unit. Also laying of cabling entry done very pathetic due to cable got damaged by external source. Also i am doing daily follow up with m/s electrolux mr. Aachrekar & vijay sales customer care. Till date issue not resolve product is not also one month old & is in warranty. Please close call asap in order to avoid any zonal & upper level escalation from my end. Hope this is taken in positive approach & my issue gets resolved at earliest with any further mail escalation.
