I have purchace frez & washing maching in combo pack . Washing machin is running well but Freez door is defective from the day of purchase, and I have complaint to Electrolux company also at theri tool free number.
Company sent their technician two times to repeir but the problum steel running same .I have wrote on his complaint paper also for " Not satisfy' .
No action has been taken from company ,I feel it need to be change Freez. becouse it was defectiv from the day it purchase. On shop I could not see that defect . when we brought home after two day we came to know regarding the defect.
Please do the needful.

    Dear Sir,
    I had purchased Electrolux Refrigerator 285 ltr.( Frastfree D.D.S.F. Model- ozone luxery S.F., SL No[protected] on 26/06/2008 from your dealer- Climate Control, Bank Road, Gorakhpur(U.P.).

    -Within the first year only it stopped cooling. The dealer repaired it.

    -Again I had to call your service center --Raj Engineering Corporation Mohaddipur, Gorakhpur twice in three yearsand paid total of Rs. 3900.

    -Now again for last one month it has stopped cooling. Your service engineer came and told that gas is leaking from a pipe inside fridge and this can not be repaired. This is a manufacturing defect.He also told me toget it repaired from outside and a pipe outside fridge would be installed and then Gas would be filled and I need to pay Rs. 4000 for that.
    Sir I am a retired senior citizen and I do not have that much of amount to buy a new fridge or get it repaired as suggested by your engineer.
    Therefore I request you to kindly replace my fridge.

      In 2007, I purchased an Electrolux double-door refrigerator. The model number is ERP 285FF. About 2 weeks ago, it stopped working (cooling).Since it has not been working, I called the Electrolux head office[protected] and complained on August 18th. They gave me a complaint number - [protected]. On August 19 a service person was sent to my home and he told me that the compressor was not working. He assured me that he could get it replaced within 2 days. When I called after 2 days, they said that the compressor is not available in the Bangalore office so they had to get it from the Chennai office. After continuous follow-ups from my side, the compressor came in banglore office on 30th aug but still they are not ready come and repair my fridge. I would like to take serious action against them.

      Electrolux Refrigerator — Compressor Not Working

      We buy Electrolux Refigirator from Sri Ganganarar (Rajashthan)
      but now we Shifted in Delhi.
      Our compressor is not working. we have the worrenty for five years on the compressor with the seriol no[protected] and C.No[protected].
      Please take some strong steps to rapir the same as early as possible.

      Electrolux — Compressor not working

      I have taken freez of electrolux copny on 13/05/2007 from NEO salchase corporation at S.G.Highway, Bodakdev, Ahmedabad.Wthin two years i have already replaced compressor 2 times. Compressor of my freeze had been replaced on 6/11/08 by Sahyog Services at that time my complain number was NO[protected] .Once again there is a problem in comporessor.i have already complained for it on 23/04/2009.My complain number is AHN[protected].But they told me that there is no compresseo in compny so they could not repalce the compressor until 15th april.now my freez is not working so what we do in this summer.they do not give us properly answers..

      so plz i request you to do in my favour..
      our refrigerator compressor is not working and needs replacement. It has been inspected by your service centre personnel on 21.08.2010 and the relevant complain lodged on 21.08.2010 bearing complain No.BBS[protected]. But till date the compressor is not replaced. When contacted your service centre, they told me that they have not received the compressor from your Bhubaneswar Office. Already 21 days passed and today we have again lodged complain bearing No.BBS[protected]. Our refrigerator is under warranty period. But we are not getting proper service.
      Please look into the matter and solve our problem at the earliest.

      Normally the concealed condenser tubes get leakage internally which cannot be repaired and difficult to locate. According to the Electrolux company officials' statement it is not reparable and only option is to fit an external condenser unit altering the whole system. It is not effective also. The company is marketing a product with part which are not repairable by even the manufacturer. Dont recommend anybody for buying electrolux products.

        ELECTROLUX KELVINATOR — NO COOLING

        Dear Sir,

        My Electrolux Refrigerator is not working properly. kindly send a home at my following address :

        My electrolex Ozone frridge has some problems now which I am using it from the last 6 years. Present problem is the freezer is working but feels cool is little low. But not cool in the bottom big room or cool is not transmitting to the room. I reported to one technician he changed the part named "Black mettel" which seen in the freezing network where ice is seen when opening the inside of the freezer and also he changed the part called "timer" which is closed in a box below the fridge. But all the problem are still there. The freezer is working and I feel cool is little lower than before but cool is not transmitting to the bottom big room. Kindly analyze the actual problem and inform me without delay.

          How to know the proper usage as my two microwave bowls melted which were given free while purchasing the microwave. The Manual has only technical details but not the using instructions/ THe phone numbers given on the manual are not existing Hence, i don't know how to contact the Electrolux company

            ELECTROLUX AC — tripped compressor AC

            I had purchase Electrolux 1.5 tone window Oxygen

            Remote AC on[protected] from R.K.Marketing,B-1,2,Narayan

            Tower, Sanjay Place , Agra -2.

            As my compressor of above mentioned AC was failed

            on[protected] night . The next day on[protected] i call on

            helpline no.[protected] & complained for my AC at 1:20pm .

            My complain no.EBZB[protected] & was said to be attened

            within 24 hrs but no responce for two days . I again call

            on[protected] at 3:22pm to the helplineno. refring my

            complain no. they again ansure me for attending in 24hrs

            but same , on[protected] a technecion came from service

            center his name Mr.Shiv Kumar (mobile no. +91-[protected]) he

            checked my AC & approved to his boss Mr. Vishal Bansal

            (mobile no.+91-[protected])that AC compressor has to be

            changed . But compressor stock not avilable he told me

            wait for 3-4 days .

            I called on 4th day for any progress but he did't

            picked my call. I tried many time's but no responce,at

            last a call came from Mr. Vishal Sonker (area service

            head,mobile no.+91-[protected])that compressor is avilable on

            [protected], i request him to replace but he denied & said

            that it will fit on[protected]. A technesion then came on

            [protected] & replace my AC compressor & took Rs.1765/- (Rs. One thousand seven hundred sixty five only) for gas refilling

            from me. But at night when i started AC it triped in every

            10mins for atleast 30mins ,this all went all night. In

            morning i call to Mr. Vishal Sonker to update the problem, he admit that the

            technecion should check AC for atleast

            30mins , he told me to make my AC work properly soon

            attending by the technicion, but no responce till now .



            I also contect to Mr.Nand Kishore Goyel(branch

            service manager, Noida, Cell no.+91-[protected]) for my

            problem of AC compressor, but still no progress in solving

            my problem.

              Dear Sir,
              We have taken 2 spilt ac from M/s Vijay sales Teenath Naka .but after instillation we are surprise AC wings goes upward this lead to Problem
              1) As the air goes upward so we are not getting cooling effect even during this rainy seasons what will happen in summer month
              2) My upper ceiling i.e. POP will get weak. As the flow is consistently hitting the ceiling.

              We had thrice lodged the complaint with your person he only say his senior will come but nobody turn back to us.
              Do you mean to say we had made any mistake in purchasing your product or you’re A C is defective so they don’t have reply for that.

                Dear Sirs,

                i am unlucky onwer of Electrolux Kelvinator Refrigerator model EKL275 FF 270 ltr.

                My frize stopped COOLING in May 2010
                The same was repaired vide Job No LUC[protected] [protected]@vgmail.in and Rs 8000/- had been charged on 28.6.2010.

                The cooling stopped within one month again. After repeated reminders, complaint No LUC[protected] & further LUC[protected]
                and finally very sympathitic consideration of Shri ASHISH ( mail ID [protected]@vgmail.in ) I got refregerator back in Sep 2010 duly repaired without any payement except transportation charges.

                The fridge again stopped cooling in Mar 2011 and get repaired vide complaint No DLKW[protected] through no [protected]
                Rs 4225/- has been charged on 30.5.2011.

                Now cooling stopped again.

                Plz try to help me to repair my fridge as i have paid Rs 12225/- for repairs in a year which is more than half cost of the fridge.

                I purchase a refrigerator on 15.1.2004, registration no.[protected] and model ICV COOL Blue colour. My refrigerator under warranty but your dealer do not repair my refrigerator. My refrigerator compressure not properly work and not cooling. Please repair early as possible.

                  The subject complaint was placed on 4th Aug and I was pleasantly surprised when the service technician visited the same day evening - that was the only pleasant thing . From then on it was a nightmare# On checking the unit I was told that the unit needed servicing and the PCB and power unit needed replacement. I was quote Rs 2,500 which I agreed to# One of the two technicians went to collect the new PCB unit while the other cleaned the A/C# The PCB unit was fixed and taken out three times . I am a mechanical engineer with 47 years experience. Replacing this unit is in my opinion a 15 to 20 min job - maximum 1/2 hour. It took the technicians 2-1/2 hours of struggle to get the PCB fixed.#The PCB which was fitted was not the same as the original unit even by size. When the from bezel was fitted it covered the three bottom buttons on the display unit. When I asked the technician how would I operate the unit the tells me that I could use the remote# The problem with my unit was that it was not cooling well because it would cut off after running for some time. When the unit was finally fixed the technician was trying to teach me how to operate an A/.C !!!! He told me that I had to wait for some time till the compressor started. After 15 mins I showed him that the compressor had nit started and we was trying to fool me and tell me that it had started. He then opened the unit out once again and started interchanging connections internally . After this he tells me that maybe the compressor had burnt out. For your information the unit worked till 6.00 AM yesterday morning , the only problem was that it was tripping too often. In my opinion the technician damaged the compressor in the process of messing around It took me just 5 minute to realize that your technician did not know anything about his job. He was some wayside mechanic picked up by your outsourced so called "Authorized Service Centre. Do you have technicians trained at your factory? If so this joker was certainly not trained or your training is not adequate This morning the technician called me to tell me that the compressor had burnt out. Last night he only had a doubt but today he came to the conclusion that the compressor had burned out without checking it again I am writing this to express my utter disappointment and disgust at the quality of Electrolux service. I am going ahead with filing a complaint in consumer court and also posting this case on all consumer forum and the media. I do not want the same technicians to ever visit me again A fiend of mine who is a senior engineer in LG is visiting mer this evening to give me an independent opinion of what the problem was . This unit is 7 years old and I was in any case considering replacing it.                   Dear Madam / Sir,

                  Thank you for your response to my complaint. As I mentioned in my earlier message my friend who is a senior engineer in LG visited me and checked out the unit .THE COMPRESSOR IS PERFECTLY OK - HE RAN IT FOR ONE HOUR!!!!
                  If I had gone by the advise of your so called tecnician I would have spent Rs 6,500.00 which is what they quoted me for the replacement compressor. They also mentioned that the guarantee would be for 3 months only
                  I would like to mention here that the technicians told me that for any future servicing that I required I could contact them directly and save the Electrolux visit fee.

                  I do not want to have anything to do with this particular service unit. My friend has reccomended a competent technician who is visiting tomorrow to replace the PCB and display unit

                  Is it possible for me to get a call from a senior person at ELECTROLUX? It appears that my messages are being diverted to your outsourced service set up. If I call your customer service number I get a call centre - it's a waste of time talking to them.

                  Over the past two days I have got at least six calls from your service centre . Every time the persons calling are the same incompetent so called "technicians" . Each time they are asking me if they should come over to replace the compressor which they claim has been burnt out. This is a case of CHEATING since there is nothing wrong with the compressor. For your information the unit has been repaired and working fine WITHOUT REPLACING THE COMPRESSOR.
                  Besides lodging a complaint with all leading consumer protection agencies I am also taking legal action . My attorney has advised me to file an FIR for cheating . I have not yet taken this extreme step but will be forced to do so if necessary

                  I expect Electrolux to take this seriously since it is not just a question of this incident. It is a question of your authorized service centre committing fraud

                  So when i called the Customer service Thru Bangalore service centre Malleshwaram opp Sai baba Temple ELECTROLUX SERVICE CENTRE They came and Repaired my ELECTROLUX PRODUCT for the cost of some 2k but not even a week again The vital part has been Damaged So they say Again I need to pay. Like that, All the parts of the MACHINE Has been Repeatedly Recycled.

                  But the thing is they everytime say Now its Good No need of any queries It will run perfectly,

                  But every time the Machine lasts 5-6 days only And I need to pay again for each service
                  Now again It has stopped working

                  Total loss for me is about 8 to 9 thousand bugs with which adding 2000/- bugs I could get a new Machine Itself

                    Hi,

                    I bought an electrolux refrigerator 4 years back, about one month back its thermostat stopped working. I filed a complaint the concerned person came and changed the thermostat but the fridge did not work.Now this has happened four times, the fridge is still not working.Yesterday I again called the electrolux service center,they offered me to exchange my fridge,but also asked me to talk to the branch manager I talked to the manager and said that the company can exchange it at a depriciated cost and they will also not lessen the cost of thermostat (Rs 2170) which never worked. I have talked to the area manager and the branch manager and they promised to call me back regarding my complaint which they never did, rather I find their mobiles switched off or they just do not pick up my phone.Now I am filing a complaint on their site.

                    Electrolux Refrigerator — exchange the Fridge

                    That after demonstration and connecting the set we found so in a while the set is not work properly and sometimes it became hot from both side and back portion , after enquiries from customer care I get assured that it was normal procedure for those new technology . That thereafter we found one week or two week gap the set became stop or sometime the fridge over chill or some time upper portion cool but lower portion warm or some time bad noise /sound raise from the set . After booking the set I received it at my home address within one week supplied Great Eastern Appliances Pvt. Ltd Company from his Godown. The said fridge was valued at Rs. 13,500/-at that time. I complain your customer care on 23.05.2009 vide Phone no [protected], and there after a number of time for getting proper service.

                          Electrolux — damaged washing machine

                          i bought an electrolux washing machine on 24th july, 2011. the piece that was delivered was damaged. a complaint was lodged on the same day but i got no response from the company. after repeated calls, i was assured that the piece would be replaced. however, all the deadlines provided by the executives have passed and i am still awaiting for my replacement. my calls are put on hold for 20 - 30 minutes and i make 3-4 such calls daily. executives and floor supervisors who have committed me the deadlines are avoiding my calls. they are also not providing me the contact details for the senior authorities where i can put forward my views.
                          what can i do now???

                            On 2nd June'11 I spoke ton the customer care & registered a complaint followed by an e-mail. I received a response from the customer care under reference number Service Request No. PBLR[protected] dated 3/6/2011. Since 3rd June I followed up with the customer care both by telephone as well as byne-mail. After much aggressive follow up some one from the company turned up at my house came & checked the machine. The technician took away some part & since than not turned up at all. Upon contacting customer care I received their standard reply mail. The chain mails are also listed here as follows. WHAT A PATHETIC SERVICE LEVEL FROM SUCH A MULTIPLE MILLION BRAND FROM EUROPE!!!!

                            It is good to write like below mail. I am surprised, rather SHOCKED to learn your one of the MOST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE with Electrolux customer care.

                            You wrote to me on 11th June'11. I waited till the evening of 28th June'11. It has crossed more 2 weeks from your below mail & almost 25 days from the date of me registering the complaint?

                            Can you imagine or do you rather ever think that a customer is still waiting to rectify the washing machine? 3 weeks beyond & there is no courtesy call or even follow up call from your service engineer as to what is happening.

                            You wrote to me very conveniently that I need to write back to you in case of further delay, but what is the mechanism you have to track your customer complaints? Whether the complaint is fully attended & that the customer is satisfied with the services provided by you? Are you all getting paid only to receive a complaint call & pass it on to your technical department? Worst is that when you are unable to handle the pressure, you very conveniently give service station number to the customer directly, you are even worst tan postman. I am sorry for my hard language but your poor services compelled me to write like this.
                            I am not sure that even after writing like this whether you will wake up or shake up. Anyway, I have decided what I have to do next. Please be aware that I will not be responsible henceforth, the results or causes due to my alternate actions.

                            Let me see how best you are able to handle my complaint. I am once again repeating that I WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE HENCEFORTH, THE RESULTS/CAUSES DUE TO MY ALTERNATE ACTIONS. Finally, stop taking your customer for granted.

                            I lodge complain at customer care that my washing machine is not working. They asked " is it in warranty" I say "no". they start asking excuse and say there is no service centre near by. After lot of request The service eng. visited to home but unable to define the problem and when I asked what will be the total cost of repair(approx) He made a sorry figure. I want to ask WHY THIS MULTI NATIONAL SELL THERE PRODUCT BY SHOWING BEAUTIFUL ADVERTISING ONCE THEY CAN'T PROVIDE AFTER SELL SERVICE. They come to India and sell there product for one or two year then say bye. I thing CHINA product are better than this company at-lest we know that it can not be repaired.

                              ecently i have purchase one of your renowned product refrigarator from
                              vijay sales ,ahmedabad but sorry to say that was my wrong decisson to
                              purchase your this product due to undermention reson
                              1 one very firts day of deliver door got down from the fitting replace by
                              the deler due to non repairable
                              2,repalced unit was found damage in floor
                              ,again replace by dealer after 6month of continious followup
                              3,new replaced
                              unit heaving same problem of stability of leg and floor, not repairable and
                              replace by concern , after given writing notice to your concern, again your
                              unit making malfunction after recieving
                              4th replacement unit and not giving
                              inough cooling at lower part and my all vegitable and food got wasted and in
                              freezer no icecream got melt now pl check your tollfree

                                I had purchased 1.5 ton split AC from Vijay Sales Surat on 15th June

                                Model No. EA09SCRXWH

                                Installation was done on Saturday, 18th.

                                Job No. PAHM [protected]

                                However after installation I found that the AC is faulty and there is absolutely no cooling. Two people who came for installation were very rude and unprofessional and they have done a very shabby job.Also note that AC manual, remote cover and batteries were missing.


                                After that I have raised complaint 3 times on call centre number and every time I am given assurance that this will be done soon

                                Problem is identified as “Faulty Outdoor unit”. My questions are

                                • Why was I given faulty unit at first?
                                • I[censored]nit was faulty, why was it not detected by person at the time of installation. Why no demo was given?

                                I was told that installation will cost Rs 1800 but the person who came has charged me Rs 2000 without any extra work


                                I have been following up with Vijay Sales (Mr Manish -[protected] ) and manager from company ([protected]) but till date no one has even visited my house. Moreover the person concerned at SS Services ([protected]) is also totally non responsive

                                  Hello,

                                  I bought new refrigerator on November 09, 2010.It is under warranty period.PCB board and compressor had already been changed once. Now PCB board is again created problem and Refrigerator is not working any more.
                                  I have called customer care for replacement of Refrigerator as it is creating problem again and again. Customer care executive told me that some one senior will call me regarding the replacement of product. I did not receive any call since last 10 days.

                                  No one is trying to resolve my problem
