Dear Concerned,
We, GIR Logistics (P) Ltd, Jorhat purchased one Air Conditioner, make Electrolux, Model No EA18SCRDA1, Type-1.5Ton Split Type as on 24/04/2008 vide your Bill No 1201 dated 24/04/2008 & Challan No 1734 dated 21/04/2008 & 1740 dated 24/04/2008. At the very beginning, the A/C worked well for almost one year and then it started showing problems. The cooling effect of the A/C gradually diminished and ultimately, it became totally nil. At that very moment, we contacted you for the repair of the A/C. Then you sent your service engineers for a check up. After checking, they found low gas in the A/C and hence refilled it. After that, the A/C got instrumental and ran without complaints for a very few days and again started showing problems. When contacted again, your service engineers found problems in the compressor and repaired it. Now again, the A/C has become out of order from last one month.
Looking at all the above mentioned situations, we are really getting harassed after contacting you again and again as the A/C is not in our personal account but in the account of our company. As the compressor of the A/C is totally defective and showing problems time and time again, it should be your duty to replace the same as the compressor has got a warranty period of five years. We are astonished at the very neglecting response from your side after repeated complaints from our side. If the compressor is not replaced, we will be forced to lodge a complaint in the consumer court next time for further legal processing of the matter. So, please take urgent action as necessary and as soon as possible.

Electrolux — Freeze not working properly.

Dear Sir,
I have purchased a double door freeze for 230lt. on[protected] from Shakti Appliancces, Ahmedabad, Sr.No.[protected].After sometimes, a cooling problem was started. For this I have lodged complain and freeze was repaired for this I have paid Rs.1520/-, as it was found gas pipeline was chock up. After some time the problem again arrised and complain. has been made vide complain No. 7P[protected], and freeze has been taken to work shop and repair and again got repaired and an amount has been made for Rs.1650/- with the said complain found i.e. pipeline was chock-up after some times again the same problem arised and complain has been booked vide complain No. 7P[protected] and freeze has been taken to workshop on 14-10-08.After purchasing a freeze I have already spent an amount of Rs 3500/-but the problem has not solved. I have already made a complain on 16-10-08 to your customer service but I have not received any reply.
I hereby request you to pl. arrange to solve the problem immediately, if is not possible,
Kindly change the freeze and delivered to me. The fresh complain No. 7P01108003.After this complain nobody can solve the problem.I make a complain by mail also but not getting any reply. What can we do ? Pl. do needfully.
