Purchased in chennai from sharptronics on 20.04.2015. No cooling from 24.12.2019. Electrolux chennai sub dealer technician, found compressor not functioning on 27.12.2019. Informed mr. Rahul of electrolux service on toll free who admitted warranty for compressor valid and another chennai technician will replace compressor. But nobody came so far. We are senior citizens and suffering severe stress. Please help immediately. Thanks

Our electrolux washing machine, euro series 7kg, a month back it stopped working then it was showing er sign. So we called the service center they directed it to mathikere center. The person who came actually took the board and brought back a dummy one and took the money, then we sent it back again now its been a month their is no reply and they have sent a dummy board through the courier and asking us to give our account number for transfer of money. Before this they have replied to any of the calls and they used to give us silly reasons and escape every time. Literally it's been a month. That is from 10th of october to 12th o nov. Now we have return it back to them. Even they are demanding for labor charge after doing nothing.

I would like to ask the person who ever is in charge of it to look into this matter.
If not we would take it to a serious level as a cheating case on the company itself.

Sir, the areas surrounding the tent is not maintained and we suffering a lot due to bad smell, mosquitoes., rats and rotten food.
Sir, the health of senior citizen and small children are at a compromising state.
Sir, kindly do something at the earliest. We have tried all the means to resolve but in vain.

Bought electrolux fridge at rasipuram, tamilnadu. Fridge stopped cooling last week when we checked we got to know that the compressor has been damaged.

Fridge is under warranty period. When we contacted the shop where we bought, they told me that the shop is closed not just here, all across india. So they cannot help. They asked us to contact customer support.

Reached customer support. They too replied saying that that company is shutting down all across india and they cannot help.

Complaint no. L1006373 lodged over the phone at toll free no. [protected] for malfunctioning of fridge's ice maker.
Thereafter someone called and wanted to know the location and said he would come by afternoon. However, no one came.
The next day i reminded them and it was promised that someone would come. Of course, nothing happened.
Today when i rang up the till free no. To check on the status, the gentleman informed me that the complaint had been closed. On further enquiry, he said we have been informed by our service guys that you have already got it repaired! When i said i want to talk to higher authorities he asked me to call[protected]. When i rang this no. They said they don't deal with electrolux. I'm amazed at the poor quality of customer service and the manner in which complaints are closed.

My topload full automatic washing machine is not working which is still in warranty period... I tried to talk to the customer care in [protected] but not able to contact them... Tried lots of number but not fruitful..

Some one pls share their numbers... I feel cheated coz my washing machine is just 1.5 years old and i do have an extra warranty also... But can't find their customer care number...

The technician sent by your customer care is fake. He just makes a fool o[censored]s and cheat us and take money without solving the issue. He promised us to come again and get things done but he did not pick our call. He was a FAKE PERSON.

He has taken Rs. 3650 For refilling gas but after he is gone we check the gas was not filled. He just makes fool o[censored]s.

We trusted him just because he came on behalf of the ELECTROLUX Company.

Please return our money because nothing has solved yet.

I had registered a complaint to electrolux customer care center and they provide me a technician to solve my problem and he visits our office and just saw ac outdoor and told us that there is no gas need to refile gas. We just trusted him and told him to resolve the problem. He just us that i have refile the grass and now find a problem in compressor. Once we need to replace the compressor and then i will again come and refile the grass in the ac. He makes a bill and asks to do a payment. We just trust him because he has sent by the company and then we just did the payment of rs.3650 through paytm on his number - [protected]

I hardly could use use my washing machine which i purchased in moscow. After installation, i have observed that the washing machine stops in the middle of the program. So, i purchased siemens washing machine.
But, now would like to request you repair it. I was told by electrolux service personnel that electronic panel needs replacement.
Please help.

Why cut a TREE when e-mails are almost FREE ??

I had purchased two 1.5 ton Electrolux air conditioners from Reliance Digital, Kharkhana, Hyderabad under ResQ warranty in 2016. On 27 May 19 one Airconditioner became unserviceable and a complaint was lodged under valid ResQ warranty. I received the following message:
‘Dear Customer, Thanks for registering your service request (request no [protected] ) which will be assigned in 48 hours.For an update sms STATUS space request no. to [protected] from your registered mobile no.Regards, Reliance ResQ.’
From then onwards till date I have been following with customer service ResQ Reliance Digital but every time they informed that required spare PCB is not being supplied by Electrolux company. Finally today I received the following message from customer care ResQ:
‘We sincerely apologizes the inconvenience caused to you.
With reference to your mail, the Part which is required for the reapir is PCB, we extend our support to brand but brand didnt support us stating part is not avilable.
As you have puchase RCP plan, hence we are providing alternate solution to you.’
I request you to kindly intervene as this is likely to result in financial loss to me despite having paid for this ResQ warranty. Further it is a poor support services by the manufacturer, if the claim of ResQ is true, tentamounting to cheating the customer for which I need to be compensated.

I have an Electrolux Ac which is under extended warranty and not working properly. I am trying to reach their customer care at[protected], which serves multiple companies like Videocon, Philips, Electrolux etc, as I dial the number and follow the IVR instructions it connects me to Videocon customer care instead of Electrolux, customer care executive asks me to dial again and follow the IVR again. I have done it at least 15 times in the last 10 days and every time it takes at least 1 hour to connect. after wasting so much of time and efforts I found no solution. I will be glad if you connect me to Electrolux customer service as I could find no other way.

My fridge is not working. A complaint was registered on 16.5.2019 against m. No. [protected]. The representative m. No. [protected]attended the same and declared the compressor is defective, he is asking about charges for that while the compressor is under 5 years warranted please do need full 'a photo graph regarding 5 years warranted is enclosed in photo.

Dear sir my electrolux ac not working. Connecting problem to consumer care faced last 3 months.

I purchased kelvinator washing machine from yelahanka bangalore in june 2017 and it's still under warranty... I am experiencing problem in washing tub... Its not running... I am trying to contact customer care for last 2 months but everyone tells me from customer care that this number is of paid service and not warranty service.. Every time they promise me of sending warranty cell's number by sms or mail but till date i didn't received any emails or message.. Please provide assistance or actual number of person to whom i can contact for my machine's expeditious repair

My 10 year old electrolux refrigerator had a water leakage sometimes. So i called up customer care to repair it. They send someone called (Mahamood) to my home for service. He checked it and said pcb board has gone, this needs to be reworked and said the charge is ~3k, i agreed, and pcb is replaced. After that working condition fridge fails to working only. When i called him back, no response at all. I feel they are all well nexus fraudasters running the service.

The reason of keeping you aware of all these details is that we are facing problem in one of the A.c's compressor of 1.5 ton.
Compressor warranty card says there would be warranty of 4 yrs and our A.c's compressor is under warranty at present but nobody neither customer care nor the vendor helping us in it.
We called up the customer care and discussed the issue but they people are telling that As electrolux has been closed.
Company doesn't exist.

So please let us know who will be here then to help us in this concern as summers are going on and we are facing problem being a paid member of electrolux.

Kindly do the needful as early as possible.

We purchased 1.5 ton 5 star split AC from Shakti E Zone P Ltd on[protected] vide invoice no 22658. Invoice was raised in name of Pamil shah and address is 102, sopan sagar, opp sukhipura garden, new sharda mandir road, paldi, ahmedabad 380007. We were informed that compressor has 5 year warranty. AC is not working since last one month. We contacted at shakti electronics as well as company's customer care. They are just promising but not turning up to see what is the problem. We are trying to contact them since last one month but they always promises but never turned up to check AC. Request you to please check AC and compressor and sort out the issue. Please note that compressor has five year warranty and therefore company must pay attention and repair/ replace compressor as our request is made within warranty period.
