I have logged complaint at electrolux. [protected]@pemail.in on 27th march and got reply on 8th april with complaint number ahm[protected] for my ac service but till date neither any call received from technical person not anyone have visited to resolve my complaint, this is the way electrolux treating customers after 15 days for complaint.

Hi this is fir the second time i am submitting the complaint fir the same issue which is still unresolved despite i was told that issue will be resolved in a very short duration.
Considering my issue not yet resolved despite many mails and follow-ups
I will now go to consumer forum. I further request you to resolve the issue on or before 1st april. Failing which i will register a complaint and cost of new refrigerator and repair and maintenance of this refrigerator and legal cost will be borne by you

Hi i purchased kelvinator nutricool refrigerator 3 years back, refrigerator stop ped cooling on 5th of march 19 and i registered the complaint for the same . Technician visiter and confirmed that compressor has got damaged and will be replaced in two days time. However this has been 20 days since i am following up for the same but there is no response at all from customer care, your local service centre at bhopal has refused to repair stating that they do not have parts and stead i have been asked to contact kelvinatir local employee mr manoj based at indore but he is not answer ing the phone call. Such a worst service experience one can expect. Please get the compressor changed at earliest. My contact no is [protected]

I bought this ac in march 2018. Since than i am having problem. Four times engineer has visited and changed gas into the machine but still ac is not working properly. Lastly i had to pay extra 600 rupees to get the valve changed as executive told that if you wait to get service from company you will not get it.
Still i am facing issue in ac. Lastly i am not getting any support from dealer in ahmedabad "vijay sales" from where i have purchased same. They are saying we can't help as company is not supporting. I am feeling helpless and feel cheated by both the companies. My contact number is [protected]. I hope there could be a way i can get justice as promoted in consumer awareness program.

I called on your no's and found that they are extremely ill-mannered people. The representative came on 22 march 2019, and checked machine but took away it's part and after a day when I called they responded very badly. When I asked about the status of part and when mechanic will be available, I was told that he won't run away to another country, and I am not sure whether your representatives are trailed to talk properly or not but by this behaviour he made sure I do not buy Electrolux product next time. All our tv's, washing machines & refrigerators are lg products.
Unfortunately or fortunately my office in vijayawada is beside your electrolux office in 2016and i have a plan of buying a washing machine and as usual my parents and all my family members recommended me to go for lg and during some discussion in my office they told me about electrolux and though my family is not interested i have convinced them and taken electrolux product and it is automatic washing machine front load
4 months back there was issue with washing machine and then i understood there is no one in india to support electrolux service and company has shut down and no parts available in market.
I am writing mail from last 3 months to electrolux. [protected]@pemail.in and they send mail saying that it will resolve and till date it is not resolved.
They gave me 3 numbers and all the 3 number persons are not responding.

Pls let me know the solution any product which is sold in market services should be provided for atleast 10 years and parts should be available for 10 years.

I've a electrolux 190ltrs refrigerator that i bought 2 years ago, but its compressor got damaged. Since, it is under warranty, i registered my complaint for the same, demanding a new compressor. I registered my complaint on 17th january 2019 and have been exhaustively asking around for the same. I've tried calling the customer care centers and they just keep ignoring my regular calls. They give phone numbers of the asi's that are not even working.
I'm really tired and fed up of this nuisance. Till now i've got no positive response from their side.

This is to bring to your notice regarding the complaint which i have lodged, after my refrigerator failed to work properly. I had lodged a complaint on 02 nd feb, 2019, the service boy turned a few days later, however his work did not fulfill the need. My refrigerator is still not in working condition inspite of me paying all the charges for the service. I hereby, request you to check out all the above details and restore my refrigerator in working condition as soon as possible or else refund.

I lodged a complaint in the customer care toll free number on 29th november 2018. Mechanic visited my house and checked the machine and inform that one of the part of the machine is defective and needs replacement. He talked to his authorities in front of me and told that the defective part is not available in the guarantee service and it will take fifteen days for replacement. Then i contacted several times the customer care toll free number and every time i was informed that work will be done but till date nothing has happened. On sunday 3rd february 2019 i visited big bazaar shop from where i had purchased. The big bazaar employee told me to contact the customer care once again and when i contacted i was informed within two days the mechanic will visit and solve the problem. But till date nothing happened. Do this on urgent basis. File attached for your action.

22.01.19 Today Switch on my Electrolux Top Load Fully Automatic washing Machine 7Kg not working (ET70ENERM). Power supply in EB board is correct, but washing machine switch on/off not get power supply. Now washing machine not working condition of power supply.Please rectify my problem. Awaiting to get my led of videocon repaired since 15 dec 2018. The expected date of visit was 18 dec but no when has come till date. While enquired the engineer has given the excuse that company has been closed and spare part us not available. Still thinking why i have taken this amc... Plz guys don't fall prey to amc, s of such kind of companies.

I purchased electrolux microwave thinking that it is a good brand... Anyway, it stopped heating.. I raised the complaint about 5 months back... But neither electrolux nor tek care people are not ready to do the repair.

They are giving random excuses & abuses... Which i have recording of.

The product is in warranty, so it is the duty of electrolux to do the repair. Now please tell who will do the repair work?

In past 5 months, i have talked to 10 people, written 20 emails, called the customer care to raise the issue more than 50 times, but there has not been any positive response so far.
(Called many times on[protected] & sent emails on,)

I have spoken to their following staff - ashish kumar, rahul gautam, pradeep sharma, sudhir kumar, guddu kumar, azhar, sandeep kumar & few more... Probably none of them wants to work for resolution.

Somebody please help. Else i would have to take inspiration from the following -

Respected Sir/Madam,

I am writing this mail to bring to your notice the lapse in your after sale service. On 10.10.18 I called the customer care and registered a complain regarding my Electrolux microwave not working. The technician visited on 10.10.18 and I paid him rs 350 the visiting charges. He told he will come post 26oct and fix the problem.

I waited for him for few more days and today I again registered a complain for visit. I told the call centre representative the entire event. He registered a new complain and said that I do not need to pay any more visiting charge. Post that I received a call from the representative from no- [protected] and he asked me to send(whatsapp) the copy of the receipt to him. I send me the same and he said that I need to pay the visiting charge again then only he will visit or otherwise I can call the customer care for the same. Since 12.30 pm I have called ur customer care some 10times; everyone every executive is giving a different resolution. The last executive gave me the no of the service coordinator- [protected], and when o called the no. it does not exist. Now I am very unhappy with the service and writing this mail for some resolution on the organization part.

Meri washing machine 3 mahine se khraab padi hai or warranty main hai, maine 11 august ko iski call likhai thi, 12 taarik ko engineer aaya, usne kaha koi spare part chahiye, 11 august ke baad na koi spare part aaya na hi engineer vapis aaya, tabse hmari machine band pdi hai, sabhi bade seniors ko be phone kar lia koi phone nhi uta tha.

Dear Sir/Team,

I want to lodge a complaint for doing fraud and giving one of the worst service ever had.You simply fool the customer by looting the money from the customer.There is no proper service even after giving so many complaints. Even asking for higher authority interference, they are telling "you do whatever you want".Its been 3 months they took the money from me and just tellling that i will get your money verysoon as its a 2 week process.but now its enough almost 3 months over and now they are saying they wont refund my money.what the hell, you really think you can once the customer dont the payment you can simply fool the customer.And whenever i am giving complaint the the same person giving a call and shouting that dont ever giving complaint to customer service as he is the only senior authority and now he has no intension to refund my money where as they took all the spare parts from my Refrigerator.so i have decided that i am going to file consumer case upon this as no senior authorities taking any action so that no other one will face such kind of fraudent.

So I want any higher authority to take a necessary action in this issue.

My name is Joby Thomas Kurian, I have a Electrolux refrigerator at home, was having a concern wherein the cooling was not effective. I had called the Electolux customer care ([protected]) center who had directed AMS Air cooling system. There was a technician who visited home and replaced a Triple OMP for the fridge
First he put an old one and charged for the same, after insisting he bought a new one and replaced the same. He asked us to wait for 8 hours for the system to cool down. He charged us
Rs. 2200 for the Triple OMP
Rs. 350 for the service charge.

But even after 8 hrs the refridgerator did not work as expected and the cooling has not picked up. I called the customer care asking the service center to re-fix the same. The service man (Mohammad) started abusing us telling me that he does not work on Sunday and that he will come on Monday. But he did not come on Monday.

I have attached the bill that was provided to me. Along with the part he had replaced. Please let me know if you would take some action against the service center .

Its been since march 1st 2018, the service of micro wave oven has very bad response and the damage occurred by the 3rd party service vendor is one part and yet the service is not yet completed.

I have been complaining on this fridge. Wright from the day i have got from flipkart.
I am not getting an permanent fix for this.
The fridge cool too much and spoil the things which is inside.
I am going to fire a consumer case on this.
I need the fridge to be replace or refund my amount.

Please help me on this.
