Electrolux India — complaint letter for defective air-conditioner and poor services | |||
This is in reference to the air conditioner i purchased from vijay sales on 13 june 2016. The day the air-conditioner was installed it was in the working mode. But now as i placed the complaint on 17/6/2018 that the room was not at all cool even though we tried to decrease the temperature, so i called your service center and got it checked with the technician on next day and he checked thoroughly and specified a defect in fan motor. He assured me that it will be repaired in two days time. But as you can also check and see its not done yet as the concern person who came to check said they have ordered the same model motor from ghaziabad asc, but since he started delaying from that same day and he haven't turned up to replace and service that motor, i went to the given address by customer care of your asc of electrolux and their the concern person whom i met on 24/6/2018 said till now the motor is not dispatched from ghaziabad service center so i told him if i could help you to pick it up but he said no it have to be come by courier only we can't bring from there on our own and if we will he will not change the motor, so i asked the time line again when it will come by courier, again he said by tomorrow sure. At last, the technician showed up on 26/6/2018 i. E yesterday and came along with a motor which was wrongly ordered by them as he tried to fix it but the motor was not appropriate with the same product. Again the technician said we will order new motor again and it will take again 1 week time. Well i am writing to complaint that 1 want my product to be repaired as soon as possible. I have been your customer from past one year. I believe you will look in to the matter and help me to get it done early. I am really disappointed the way everything was handled. First the technician doesn’t turn up on the specified date with the right motor and when i call your repair center nobody seems to understand the problem. It’s been almost 2 weeks in such a weather hope you can understand as i am not able to use the air conditioner. I hope you will take the necessary action. Waiting for your early reply.
