Dear Sir This Side Renu From Noida.I Have Purchased a Top load 6.2kg washing Machine of Electrolux before 4 year.that was always in warranty since i purchased it as every year i pay for warranty increase . now this year on 1st Jan 2017 i Renewed my warranty For last year .but due to any technical issues came into my washing machine its not working i made complain on 23rd feb 2017 after that a Engineer visited and took the Faulty part of machine for repair from that day he Did not come to replace the new part.he took the warranty slip's xerox also. from that day i am continuously calling ur customer care .they say that mam engineer will visit today or in 72 hours but no body is visiting .your customer care saying that my receipt is not showing on their warranty list. so ...is this the customer Duty or Fault that you have not done proper entry of slip in your data base.i can only show you receipt which i got after payment.you engineer also took that xerox. Is This the way your company is providing services to customer .Should I File the complain with consumer court then ur company will do work. Please Resolve this issue asap as am suffering from last 23rd feb due to your bad services.if you cant provide the good services so why you Renew warranty..please provide my money back or provide me services. my email id is [protected]@gmail.com Was this information helpful? | |||||
