Electrolux — Service not providing

I have Electrolux split AC module no. SQ-52 cd1-cg. I have requested for servicing more than four time service engg. not coming till now. Sir for ur customer care & service engg. Suitability I had taken three different day leave. I am working a pharma manufacturing comp. Today l am going B shift my office due to ur engg. Suitability till he is not coming. This is question to customer satisfaction. Please provide service my compensation. Service engg. Mr. Jasvinder & already complain regarding sales manager Mr Raman Verma.
