[Resolved] Flipkart / HP Laptop Battery — complain about laptop battery exchange | |||
I have bought the battery from flipkart.com. Product type is computer Accessory and product is HP CQ/DV 6 cell Battery, Black. The price of this battery is RS 4286. They mention on site 30 Day replacement policy is there. I have call soo many time to customer care that this battery is not compatiable with my laptop but they are not ready to exchange it with the battery which is compatiable to my laptop.
