[Resolved]  HCL Tablet — No response from HCL

I had purchased a HCL tab Y2 model, Serial no.912EDE003233 in thee month of December 2012. Twice(once in January and once in February)i had taken it to the service center in Anna Salai Chennai, as thee Tab used to get switched off on its own and was not rebooting at all. The service center staffs told me theat there is a problem in the software for that particular model, and had offered me a replacement of the same when I visited them the third time withe the same problem. They had promised me to give a new tab in maximum of two weeks. In consent withe the replacement, thee set was handed over to them on 13.2.2013 ( Service order no. F3200893) and till now I haven't got any replacement of it. Every time that I have called them up, I have got only one reply from Mr Bala, it will come in two days or there days. After I made constatnt calls to them they in fact first and the last time so far 20.3.2013 had called up to give me another model that is G1,with the kind of features it has, which although does not solve my purpose of buying a tab, i still agreed to accept it and when I tried to follow up for the same for atleast a week or more they kept saying courier is on the way etc etc. Inspite of writing to them quiet often and making calls to them theat I am no longer interested in their replacement I would like to have my money reimbursed, they have not been doing any follow up neitheer have made attempts to get in touch withe me therough phone calls or through mails. It is 15the june today and there is still not action taken for the same. Infact once the customer service had given me Mr bhagwati Prasad's contact no. who handles South zone complaints, withe the first conversation with him on 22nd April he promised that I would be getting a call from the Chennai service centre for the reimbursement cheque. and after a weeks time till date, whenever I have tried to call on his no he has not been recieving my calls. Kindly advise me how shall I go about this.
