Dear Sir /Madam,
This is to complain that I had put Biryani to cook @ 15 minutes, But the turn table Glass plate broke itself into pieces in 07 minutes, I had made a complaint to repalace the same,I am ready to pay whatsoever the cost maybe although it looks to be companys technical fault,My complaint has been given a monthback no action taken,The Cusomer Service executive,says we have forwarded the complaint and very early shall get back to you,Nothing so far has turn up, What to do ? My Complaint # is 420117,Dt-09/09/2012.
