I have ordered your So called Branded Advanced LED Cinema Projector with Remote Order No. 6552153 dt. 31.05.2013 and received on 07.06.2013. It was hardly run for one day and now its not working with fifteen days. I have seen lot of complaints against NAAPTOL products.. Pl do the needful.i will be thankful to the authority. it is the matter of the hard working earned money.

NAAPTOL — WORST SERVICE

Worst Experience i ever had while buying
Sold me a damaged ephone 3300 , on recieving i found it damaged , i ws told to send it ti krishna traders for the replacement it has beena period of 2 months there is no info.hen i will get my replaced cell. Customer care service is so poor that customer call handling persons are found laughing with their colleagues and not attending customer seriously.
Now after making 100 of calls and complaints i hav made my mind to goto consumer court of india and i will register a case against this . and i will claim for Rs 4200 cell charges + 250 rs for courier foor sending it for replacement + my 100 telephonic cals.
i will tell them what power the customer holds.
